We stayed here with my family and we were 17 all. All the staff are very nice and very helpful. Agatha & Jasmine from restaurants were very helpful & friendly . They make sure everything was good during our breakfast time. From the person checking the room, reception, & restaurants were very nice. I highly recommended this hotel resort because the staff are very friendly & they make sure you are comfortable during your stay.

This hotel was such a welcomed surprise. I wasn’t sure it would be amazing bc there were limited pictures online. However not only was there cute decor but it was very clean and spacious.
The food was excellent. You are moments away from the beach and security is very vigilant. They also arranged island hopping for us. My family thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The neighborhood was great as well.

Friendly staff. Easy check in but requires printout of booking confirmation. It would be nice to check in paperless. Pool area is nice and we enjoyed the swim. Front beach area lots of small drift woods and unclean so unsafe to swim. They said they clean them in the morning but around afternoon they should clean them again as they accumulated. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Total and complete disaster! Regret booking it. No WIFI in room, No fridge, No toiletries, Room was tiny, Choice of breakfast is local only, No water in the room, No wardrobe. Lighting in the bathroom is very dim. Restaurant closes early.

Overall experience is good.
Situated at Calayo Coast, ~7-9 kms. away and is adjacent to Pico De Loro Hamilo Coast, Peninsula and Punta Fuego areas.
Stayed last July 4-5 to celebrate with my wife our 21st wedding anniversary.
Mobile Phone/Cellular signal is poor - not the properties’ fault.
No wifi in the property.
Room – clean, with aircon and cable, no toiletries. No room phone, so if you want to have room service, you will need to personally go to the reception or mini bar to order which is just a few steps away from any the rooms/unit.
Food is just fine - could be improve (serving time, food preparation, food taste, food and hard wine selection)
Beach is just walking distance and is clean.
Pool is small but clean – we did not use it all as we spent most of our time at the beach.
Staff are accommodating.
