Reservationist are very friendly but the restaurant receptionist is a bit lazy to approach customers for meal orders and room towels are old!

Lovely hotel… good staff, nice and clean room, but only 2 towels should have extra, hand towel as well anyway thank you and see you soon again..

Bedsheets and towels had blood and stains on them. No soap in the dispenser, toilet paper half a roll, room had hair and needed cleaning.

Toilet and washing basin had poor drainage - we reported but they could not do anything. It does not flow properly. We tried to have dinner for 6 people they do not have materials. We had to go out to look for restaurants. No floor towel, no small towel in the bathroom. This is not because of staff, but very poor management.

Food a bit pricey. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good . The service is also good

For the money, this has a great deal. Excellent staff and service, nice FREE 2-entree breakfast plus unlimited coffee and it’s like a 10-minute drive (on a Sunday morning) to the Fairview Good Shepherd Parish.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Building is older and unkept. Aircon is not enough to cool the room.

The rooms are nice and property is good. Staff service could use improvement. The room was supposed to be cleaned daily and it was not. Leaving us with no clean towels and a dirty floor.

The stairs to get inside the building when it’s wet are high risk for fall related to water and that time all week was raining, Because theres a condo and hotel not sure if the residents also using the swimming pool. One of the aircon inside the gym Are not working and it was too hot on the gym. The Gym smells bad and dirty. Before you reach the gym the room was dark and dirty.

Towels are not not really white. They provide 2 towels and 1 towel for the floor but I asked another big towel because every time I brushed my teeth My clothes wet all The time because the sink is too high for me so they told me use the towels that use for the floor but its clean the problem is even if it’s clean once it get wet it will Look like dirty because the towels is usually use for the toilet floor. There’s one cockroach in our room since morning they hide under the bed but we caught it at night and I squeezed with my sleeper. We called the front desk the lady who answered said she’ll let the staff to clean. We waited more than 30mins no one came to our room to clean. I went outside the room to see if there is a staff outside and luckily I saw Resty or Rusty on the hallway and asked if he’s able to clean the area with dead cockroach and he cleaned it. Otherwise staff are nice. Close to shopping mall We have to request sign for the door do not disturb because we don’t have it in our room. The breakfast ok egg and dating na bang is are too oily , no fruits and veggies not much selection and if you want more you have to pay extra. The table on coffee machine has either ants or fruits flies so dirty . I wished they clean it daily bec they handling foods.

It was amazing!! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

The SM Fairview shopping mall 😊. Is walking 🚶‍♀️ distance. And hotel 🏨 staff are friendly.

This is one of if not the best hotels in the north manila area, highly recommended to any one who is visiting SM fairview or other surroundings. Excellent staff, nice large rooms and very nice large swimming pool.

This hotel is part of a condominium with shared swimming pool and basket ball court. Room has real window, air exhaust through bathroom only when card is inserted. Large TV with usable HDMI. Many electrical plugs. Good for laptop. Good breakfast with large menu. Lobby very comfortable. Little internal and external noise. Close to shopping malls. Bathroom has some humidity damages. This is missing: a drinking water dispender. Safe only works with key (no code): not safe indeed.

While the staff and service were excellent and location is close to a mall, we encountered several issues during our stay. The room was heavily sprayed with disinfectant due to a lingering cigarette smell, and the toilet had rust stains. Additionally, outside conversations were quite audible. Overall, I would rate our experience as 2 out of 5.

Good value but Internet unavailable for the duration of stay.

Not so accessible to public transpo, shopping malls and restaurants.
