Masa yang baik di hotel ini. Kami disambut oleh kakitangan yang mesra apabila kita bertemu dengan mereka. Sarapan sangat bagus. Bilik adalah selesa dan bersih. Ia tidak betul di tepi pantai tetapi ia tidak terlalu jauh untuk berjalan ke kedua-dua belah pulau itu.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating , access to sister hotel is a big plus a it has a bigger pool and on the roof deck. The rooms are nice and big enough for 4 adults . Food is delicious and reasonably priced

Location was Central and close to the beach. Areas convenient lots of restaurants and close to the Dmall, everything within a 5-minute walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. When was clean. Bathroom clean, needs a few maintenance update. Faucet was and a loose tile in the shower. But that could be fixed easily. You can hear quite a bit in the hallway so if you're a light sleeper you may wake up if other guests are loud. Overall place was good to stay. Cost effective and very friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The team was SO amazing! 5 star for sure. Especially Cha and Nicole. They are the BEST! Super convenient to everything! Breakfast was amazing. They are so willing to assist with everything! Directions, transportation, massages. I loved my stay there. It was just too short.

Had a great experience. The staff were super helpful to my family and I. There was a larger sister property about two buildings down, that has the hotel, bar, and pool. Room's a bit small but great, strangely didn't have any wash cloths. The hotel is off the main area, so a bit quiet, but easy to walk to the front beach and good access to restaurants.

Not as advertised. We booked and paid for a 1 bedroom loft, to advertised to accommodate 3 people, with one queen bed and one double bed. We arrived to one bed and one sofa that was neither a bed nor double size. Just a standard two seater sofa which we had to take it in turns sleeping on for 4 nights! Not great, uncomfortable and not what we paid for!

10th visit to Boracay and this was my easiest check in and departure out of all of the hotels I’ve stayed in this island. Perfect for solo travellers or those who just want to sleep without paying for luxury. I stayed at their sister property next door in 2022 and was also happy. Very friendly staff and location is super convenient. 5 mins walk from D Mall and 7 mins walk to the main beach. Coffee shop and ATM next door. Situated in a quiet but safe neighbourhood. Lots of E-Trikes and Bike drivers nearby for transportation. Morning of departure Front Desk organised an easy airport transfer. Thank you Ferra Team, I will be back.
