We stayed for at least 10 days. It was great!! It was pretty good service. They were accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was located at the hotel that had amazing staff and good breakfast selection. It’s a very well managed restaurant.The only thing I can say there was some confusion with hotel billing but overall it was great. I would definitely come back to Y2 again.

Syarat rekod vaksinasi COVID-19 diguna pakai kepada semua tetamu yang berumur 12 tahun dan ke atas; tetamu mestilah menerima vaksinasi yang lengkap sekurang-kurangnya 14 hari sebelum mendaftar masuk. Untuk apa-apa soalan, sila hubungi hartanah menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan. Semua tetamu mesti menunjukkan pasport yang sah. Ini ialah satu-satunya bentuk pengenalan yang diterima di hartanah ini.

My rating might come across more harsh than the reality of the stay, especially considering really reasonable cost. Though few things like a lack of soap in the bathroom or empty shower gel bottle on the first day of stay surprised me. Also the water pressure in shower is really low, which is a nuisance. The area around the hotel is currently seeing a lot of construction so that added to the noisyness and can`t be helped, though noise from rooms was also sometimes there. The impact of these things can be levied if the reception made a notice of these issues to customers.

The hotel is nice enough. Big apartments. My room had some stains on the bed. The shower is ok but with curtain. Swimmingpool is ok. A bit run down hotel. Considering the price I would stay again. Friendly people at reception. Close walk to reataurants.

The property is centrally located to some restaurants, nightlife, shopping mall & 7/11 store. My particular room was worn down, no hot water in shower. Overall was an average stay with nothing that stood out, only that the staff where helpful recommending things to do & arranging transportation.

The place is quite dated (online photos must be from years ago when the place was brand new). But for the incredible space you get and the price you pay, Y2 is hard to beat. Not to mention the location. I visited from Vancouver and stayed a week. And had an excellent and comfortable stay. Staff are positively friendly and accommodating. Let me do an early check in. And was even upgraded to the largest suites on the 19th floor. Got quite noisy weekend nights coz it was the VIP / Party floor. But I didn’t mind. Had some parties myself a couple nights. Beds are super comfy. Living room AC broke on my last 2 nights there. They offered to move me. But I opted not to coz it was my last nights there. And the bedroom ACs were adequate enough. Elevators can be quite slow. So be patient. But overall, for the incredible space you get, the location, comfort, friendliness and price, this place is hard to beat. Will def stay here when I visit Makati again. I highly recommend Y2. Two thumbs up.

Not very accommodating. Power went out during must important time. Breakfast not good. Had to walk up and down stairs with no AC. This hotel is 20 stories so you get the idea. We were on 7th and friends were on 17th. Not fun. All we got was a sorry. Actions speak louder than words. Will NEVER stay here or recommend.

And was even upgraded to the largest suites on the 19th floor. Got quite noisy weekend nights coz it was the VIP / Party floor. But I didn’t mind. Had some parties myself a couple nights. Beds are super comfy. Living room AC broke on my last 2 nights there. They offered to move me. But I opted not to coz it was my last nights there. And the bedroom ACs were adequate enough. Elevators can be quite slow. So be patient. But overall, for the incredible space you get, the location, comfort, friendliness and price, this place is hard to beat. Will def stay here when I visit Makati again. I highly recommend Y2. Two thumbs up.

Not very accommodating. Power went out during must important time. Breakfast not good. Had to walk up and down stairs with no AC. This hotel is 20 stories so you get the idea. We were on 7th and friends were on 17th. Not fun. All we got was a sorry. Actions speak louder than words. Will NEVER stay here or recommend.
