Todo muy bien, pero la habitación podía haber estado más limpia

Bedding was poor quality, Pillows cheap, room temperature was uncomfortably hot and changing the temp control made no difference other than to dry the air out even more, making it more uncomfortable. Opening the windows when its -10 outside was difficult to control as the room would quickly dip to freezing temperature... Hotel priorty should be on quality of sleep, surely?

Clean room, very kind and efficient staff (specially Elizabeth) and good location.

Nice and big room close to town. Clean hotel. Could be a better breakfast.

Mamaison Diana is my home away from home. And the ONLY hotel I ever stay when in Warsaw. I love everything about it -its staff, location, cleanliness and how quiet it is despite being located just a few steps from a very busy Nowy Świat street. Can’t recommend it more. Not 5 stars - 10 stars!

Having stayed at the Mamaison in Belfast, I was really looking forward to having the same excellent service in Warsaw. The reviews seemed to support my preconceived ideas, but the hotel didn't quite live up to my expectations, and is a world away from the hotel in Belfast. The front desk staff were excellent: helpful, courteous and totally professional. The room, which was more like an apartment was clean and tidy but the layout was slightly odd with no TV in the second bedroom. Also, two bathrooms but only one toilet. The two sofas became beds but then there was no where to sit! Anyway, this aside I'd have given it a four stars but then we come to breakfast. It was awful. Really poor selection and the staff looked like they'd been pulled off the street. The girl who served us looked like they'd been a death in the family beforehand, and she didn't change clothes in the three days we took breakfast. Surely, the hotel could invest in standard uniform? There were boiled eggs on offer, only that. If there were other options, we weren't told. Frankfurters, extremely fat bacon (rind) and sweet waffles pretty much made up the hot food section. That was it for hot food. The biggest laugh was reserved for the supermarket bought in pastries which were covered in flies. To make matters worse, as soon as breakfast was over, the staff helped themselves, fishing out the food with their hands - a serious lack of professionalism. It would be easy to turn this around, with the right manager.

El acceso es bastante complicado, hay que acceder entre edificios con el auto. La ubicación es muy buena, pero el hotel aunque tiene buen equipamiento pareciera un poco descuidado, incluso encontré un pizza de huésped anterior dentro del horno. Excelente que tengan lavasecadora en la misma habitación

Utmärkt läge i centrala Warszawa. Stor fin lägenhet. Kommer absolut komma tillbaka till detta hotell. Lite slitna möbler men knget som påverkade oss.

The breakfast was nice. Our room was basic, but we had all we needed. The temperature was too warm at night, and we had a difficult time understanding how to use the thermostat. The shower is open, so the bathroom floor gets wet when showering. We had to ask for more towels at the front desk. Easy check-in and check-out.

I've stayed at Residence Diana several times now. Always pleasant, big rooms, love having a kitchen. Breakfast had hot and cold meats and cheeses as well as blintzes pancakes, waffles and a selection of breads and pastries. Large fruit and vegetable platters and cold hard boiled eggs. Right in the walking district, so be warned, ubers can't always get to the door, you have to cross through to an inner courtyard on foot. Nice and quiet though. All in all, my favorite hotel in Warsaw!

Erittäin mukava ja miellyttävä hotelli, todella hyvällä sijainnilla. Ympäristössä lukematon määrä ravintoloita ja kauppoja, silti 1krs huoneeseen ei kuulunut laisinkaan melua. Valitettavasti aamiainen ei ollut sillä tasolla mitä olisin tämän hintaluokan hotellilta odottanut. Voisin silti mennä uudelleen.

Mamaison Diana is my home away from home and I love it. Everyone there is super nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious. Location is superb - in the heart of all the action and close to major attraction- yet quiet.

Séjour très agréable, résidence très bien placée et de qualité. Je recommande.

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä Varsovan keskustaa. Se on hankalasti löydettävissä, koska se sijaitsee korttelin ”sisällä”. Tämän vuoksi tilasimme hotellin kautta kuljetuksen lentokentältä. Hotellin yhteydessä oleva ravintola tarjosi italialaista ruokaa. Läheltä löytyi runsaasti erilaisia ruokapaikkoja. Huone oli tilava. Erittäin pehmeän parivuoteen saa erotettua muusta huoneesta verholla. Keittonurkkaus oli toimiva. Hana oli vähän huonosti kiinnitetty. Erillinen WC oli erittäin hyvä. Kylpyhuoneessa oli voimakas haju, joka väheni, kun ammeen tulpan hoksasi laittaa kiinni. Pienistä harmeista huolimatta voisimme yöpyä täällä uudestaan.
