We had a fantastic stay at the Arts Hotel. The staff were really helpful both before and during our stay providing some recommendations for restaurants, 3 of which we tried and all fantastic in their own way. We were also in Porto for the São João festival which was fantastic and staff gave us recommendations of where to go for that too. The hotel was clean, tidy, comfortable and modern. The hotel was in a great location for the main attractions across the city. I would highly recommend.

Loved my stay at the Arts Hotel Porto with a nice & comfortable room and very friendly staff (especially at breakfast).
Good location that is within walking distance to the Porto Catedral, Torre dos Clerigos and Livraria Lello.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location, central to many restaurants, grocery and sights. Would recommend and stay again if ever in Porto.

It was truly a wonderful stay in Porto and coming back to this sweet hotel made it all the more wonderful. The staff were are all so lovely. They were so welcoming, warmhearted and beyond helpful with suggestions and ideas of how to make our stay and our trip in Porto better. It was an intimate little hotel with beautiful rooms and exceptional service. Coming from someone who tends to be a perfectionist, I would come back to this hotel with my eyes closed. Humble and beautiful little place with memorable staff.

Hotel moderno e novo, mas tudo muito pequeno. Quarto extremamente pequeno. Banheiro minusculo. Chuveiro muito ruim (pouca agua e muito pequeno). A recepção é um balcão pequeno assim como o saguão. Muito barulo dos quartos ao lado. Enfim, pelo custo do hotel você encontra opçoes muito melhores na regiçao.

Great property. Very well located. Room was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Only down side is that we book that property because it had a pool but it was closed all week for “maintenance”.

The hotel was great. Very clean rooms with space for seating in the room. The lobby had a small seating area with a TV for sitting after a long day. Complimentary water with refills every day. Overall and great stay that was close to all the attractions to see.

Really lovely boutique hotel with super outdoor space, comfy rooms, bar and restaurant- although my sister and I ate out every evening. Close to centre so walking easy. Really liked it and would recommend as a great base for Porto.
