Dias muito bem passados. Quarto bem grande, confortável, mas paguei bem por isso.... Só acho que pelo preço deveria poder usar a piscina e ter direito ao café da manhã o que não foi possível.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were amazing and clean. The Gym was average and could have additional equipment eg treadmill. The Wi-Fi was excellent. I guess the only let down was having to pay to use the pool but it’s the same for most hotels in Portugal depending on the class of room you booked.

The property was amazing. It was clean and family friendly. Easily accesible by bolt and was close to ammentities. My most favourite thing about this stay was the Staff. The staff in this hotel went above and beyond every time we needed something. And I mean the entire staff, from front lobby to housekeeping and even those from the restaurant and bar area. All were so nice! They were always kind, curteous and helpful. I hope my family and I get the privelage of staying at this propety again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Il est a noter que expedia mentionne avec piscine. Il n'y a aucune piscine. C'est un bassin pour un après massage. De plus cela coûte 15€ par personne malgré le fait que expedia mentionne que c'est inclus dans les frais d'hébergement.Donc c'est a la limite des informations fausses. Par contre, l'hôtel est merveilleux et le service est super. Tout est près de la rive de Gaia et a 30 minutes de marche de porto.

15 minutes walk to metro. it is out of porto but close by car or by metro. the rooms were ok. the air conditioning didnt work that was very sad, very hot.

This property is located very conveniently to all of the major attractions. You could walk down to the main areas by the River or take a Uber/Bolt. The hotel rooms are very spacious and it is located in a quiet residential area. Not much to do in the area. Airport is about 20-25 minutes away. Would stay here again

However, the only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to: * Ensure that the air conditioning works properly (it could not cool the room down). * Maintain the exterior of the building as meticulous as they maintain the interior spaces - the outside structure needs some upkeep.
