This hotel is beautifully restored in the heart of Lisbon. I can’t stay enough about the service from the staff. They walked a block to pick up our luggage and park our car. Amazing experience.!

I would like to say that the hotel is just wonderful full of beautiful artwork from the ceiling down to the floor. The rooms were good as well. Everything has been updated. The bar fun. The stuff was extremely helpful and very nice. The breakfast was amazing. Also, I just wanted to say that the location is amazing. Transportation is so easy.

Wonderful stay! Excellent and helpful staff. Beautiful room ( a bit small- but we were warned), nice shower, and choices of pillows! Nice extras- like drinks, snacks, etc. in lobby for their guests. Great location to everything- dining, entertainment, Rossio station. A 10/10 stay- definitely recommend & would recommend upgrading to a larger room next time.

Amenities muy bien, el desayuno (área, diversidad y calidad) muy básico, hay que esperar para conseguir mesa porque es un local muy pequeño, la variedad del desayuno es muy limitada. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña y con poca luz, el baño muy pequeño y la ducha con manchas negras. La ubicación muy buena. Lo que disfrutamos fue la ubicación y los amenities que hoy los hoteles no dan (secador y plancha de cabello, pantuflas, bluetooth, sistema de control central), pero en general considero que el hotel está overrated (relación costo / precio), sobre todo por lo pobre del desayuno.

Luis and Pedro and the entire Bakia team deliver world class first class service!!! What a welcome treat. This team really knows how to take care of their guests in a first rate way. Generous, empathetic, helpful and so so welcoming!!! Don’t hesitate to work this hotel!!! We were stranded for 4 nights due to Alr Canada strike - their attitude was so refreshing and helped us deal with what was ahead as we tried to get a flight booked. Exceptional in every way!!
