This is a great hotel close to many great attractions and dining opportunities. Staff were very helpful and the rooftop bar was great. Be aware that parking is underground across from the property and you need a code to scan for the garage. That might be one improvement they could consider, sending the bar code by email so that you don't have to go to the hotel before parking. Other than that detail it was great all around.

A well located hotel with clean rooms. The rooms are small, but comfortable. They try to upsell you to a higher floor, but there is no advantage to it, and I don’t recommend it for the money. The breakfast was very well done and nice.

朝食はミニマムだったけど十分だった。ルーフトップからの景色は最高。エクスペディアにケトルがないとクチコミしたら、外出中に部屋の中にケトルが置かれていた。ただ、清掃不要の札をドアにかけておいたので、部屋に誰かに入られる予想をしておらず、少し嫌だった。あと、ケトル自体がすごく汚れていて、使う気がしなかった。ホテル側は親切でしてくれたのかも知れないが、私がいる間にドアをノックするか、少なくとも部屋の前にメッセージなどを添えて清潔なケトルを置いておくなど、もう少し気遣いがあっても良かったのではないかと思う

Staff was very welcoming and multilingual. The property itself is quite dated. The rooms are very small but clean, and the bathroom is tiny. It is a true three-star property. There are no four-star amenities at this location, and its location is adjacent to the train station. It is not perhaps the nicest part of town, but close to the historic center.

A localização é excelente, dá pra se fazer tudo a pé, nos disponibilizaram uma vaga de garagem no prédio a frente, o que nos facilitou muito, cama, chuveiro e toalhas nota 1.000, pena que não tinha frigobar no quarto, mas o restante valeu muito.

Fantastic property in a perfect location in Coimbra! We were greeted at the door and helped in unloading our luggage. We were quickly checked in and directed to our room. They let us leave the car at the front of the building while we took our luggage to the room. Parking was included. The garage was located very close, practically across the street from the hotel. It was modern and safe. The room was a typically small room in Europe, but it was very comfortable. The bed was great. The AC worked fine and the bathroom was very clean and modern. The view from the rooftop terrace was breath taking, especially at sunset, with a perfect view of Coimbra. The restaurant was well stocked...and the included breakfast was one of the best I've had anywhere! With all that, the best part is the location. The hotel is just a block off the river and right next to the center of Coimbra's downtown. There are numerous restaurants as well as shopping and festive street performers within a short walking distance. One warning about Coimbra not related to this hotel is that it is a very difficult town for driving. Very narrow and winding streets up a steep hill up to the university.

Embora a limpeza, o atendimento e o café da manhã fossem ótimos, a localização do quarto proximo à rua foi péssima, pois o barulho dos carros não me deixou dormir. Ou seja, o hotel precisa melhorar muito a acústica dos apartamentos nessa localização

Embora a limpeza, o atendimento e o café da manhã fossem ótimos, a localização do quarto proximo à rua foi péssima, pois o barulho dos carros não me deixou dormir. Ou seja, o hotel precisa melhorar muito a acústica dos apartamentos nessa localização
