This property advertises having air conditioning - it does not. The thermostats cannot be adjusted, so for the duration of our stay the apartment was 25+ degrees Celsius. We alerted the hotel staff that the AC might be broken, to which they said this is normal and the AC is in working order.

This property was wonderful in every way. The retro yet warm decor, lovely courtyard/pool area and amazing breakfast were just a few of the things we loved. They have thought of everything here. And the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Parking nearby was €15 per day. Only wish we’d had more time at this property.

One of my favorite boutique hotel discoveries ever! Beautifully appointed lobby and rooms, with an idyllic pool and garden area for enjoying siesta and a delicious spread at breakfast or wine at night. The entire staff and especially Robert were welcoming and ready with wonderful recommendations. The location can't be beat: central yet away from the fray, quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back to Porto and would without a doubt stay here again!

Staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We arrived early to check-in, but they allowed us to check-in. One morning we had early pick-up for a tour and they allowed us to have breakfast 30 minutes early. The accommodations are truly beautiful and top-notch design. Only 2 things could be improved: due to the architecture of the building, any guests talking in the foyer can be heard in the rooms, which is ok during the day, but less so around midnight. So if you are a light/early sleeper, this is not your place. The oversized towels in the bathroom don't dry overnight. But when you leave it on the floor, they don't give you a clean one.
