Staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the young man from reception who helped me with my luggage. Room was very clean. Furniture and bathroom may be dated. I prefer to say traditional. Quiet and safe at night.

Location was perfect, service was not at the same level. The room is simple but clean

pague 368 euros por dos noches , junto a mi mujer. Me parece un precio desorbitado , 200 euros estaria bien pagado. No hay aparcamiento, desayuno, etc.etc.

Great location and staff!

It was a lovely space with very nice/helpful staff. It’s walkable to many shopping/restaurant areas. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The beds were firm. The hotel is in the middle of Old Town and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Even though it was close to the busy areas we could not hear the noise. We enjoyed our stay there.

The only positive for this hotel was the location. Everything else severely underwhelmed. -Beds were extremely uncomfortable -No shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided; only a wall mounted squirt bottle of cheap soap -NOISE! You hear everything through the walls and the layout makes it so that you hear everyone arriving at all hours -Safe: old school, non-electronic safe for which you had to pay a deposit to get the locking mechanism and key -No iron available in the building, whatsoever We are a bit surprised by previous positive reviews. We stayed in four different hotels in three cities in Portugal on this trip. This hotel was the most expensive of all four, but do pay attention to the star rating (2 stars), as we had at least three stars for all others and the difference very clearly showed.

An awesome place

Very convenient location but the beds could use an upgrade.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the accommodation was basic but that's what I expected for the price. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast perfect. And the location was absolutely ideal, which was the main thing I was looking for, being a solo female traveller I needed to be close enough enough to everything. They also had a lovely rooftop terrace where you could take up your own food and drink and enjoy the view. The only small thing I would say could be improved, was the balcony was not cleaned once while I was there and wasn't clean when I arrived. It's a shame because you get quite a big area with table, chairs and sun loungers but felt I couldn't make use of them. Other than that everything else was great and I'd definitely recommend it.

Man får hvad man betaler for, men i dette tilfælde vil jeg anbefale, at man betaler lidt mere. Sengene var dårlige, der var svamp på bademåtten og værelsets generelle stand kalder på en væsentlig renovering. Vi vælger et andet sted næste gang. Lokationen er dog god.

Really enjoyed two of the gentleman who worked the desk. Had a nice little balcony, it was quiet and super close to town. Would stay again.
