SPA感覺放鬆👍職員很友善，酒店經理很好，盡量配合客人需求，令客人感覺安心舒適。 餐廳只有提供早餐及晚餐，質素做得很好，食物好味道，餐廳職員也很用心和友善對待客人。

Do not understand the need to expose the bathroom space to the room. Travelling with friends means that there is no privacy after a shower to dry off and dress without having exposure to others in the room! Plus if other person is sleeping, the light from the washroom space is disturbing to others! WHY are hotels doing this???

Atenção Quem quer que esteja a pensar ficar hospedado neste hotel, por favor não o faça! Qualquer ponto positivo que possa eventualmente existir, não supera todos os pontos negativos.Não existe staff, fizemos check in ao fim de largos minutos e foi o bar men que nos atendeu. Pequeno almoço muito fraco,só havia uma pessoa na área que fazia literalmente tudo: limpar mesas, reposição, cozinhava… uma moça por sinal muito simpática e que mesmo a lutar para conseguir manter alguma organização ( impossível) mantinha um sorriso e simpatia. Elevador avariado durante dias. Zona de spa e piscina sem supervisão alguma, não vimos ninguém do staff nestas zonas nos 4 dias que ficamos hospedados. Piscina e áreas circundantes muito sujas e sem manutenção. Dentro do banho turco o cheiro era muito mau. Ficamos numa suíte com boas áreas, no entanto o ar condicionado era insuficiente, dormimos de portas abertas. Não havia toalhas para todos. Ao segundo dia acabou o gel de duche o qual não foi mais reposto. Toalhas da piscina manchada de lixívia e rotas. Nódoas também de lixívia na carpete dos corredores. Podia continuar a descrever muito mais… resumindo: não existe manutenção. Nem sei como continua a funcionar já para não falar de estar qualificado como sendo um hotel de 5 estrelas….

Funcionários excelentes, quarto limpo, SPA deixou a desejar.

Staff at the hotel were superb.. I read some of the comments about five star hotel in previous reviews while the hotel itself may not be a five-star the staff and the service is easily five-star… I laugh at some of the comments…. if you want little slippers and matching housecoat, look like a prince and princess, then go to Palace… the meals were suburban with the first class chef from Brazil… when I came to the restaurant bar you couldn’t want more for service and quality…. awesome place for a weekend getaway… so inconvenient to get to some of the winery for tastings, but make the best of it….

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem traumhaften Garten. Gutes Restaurant, schönes Bad/Hallenbad. Gute Lage, nahe von Porto

Friendly staff but clearly understaffed and untrained. Comfortable room however you would expect some amenities on a 5 star hotel such as robes/slippers, tea/coffee, dental kit… also there was 1 complimentary water bottle however not a new/fresh bottle. I would like to strongly suggest for a bar/wine menu improvement (it’s Douro wine region!). Also the restaurant menu should have more options and frankly better quality for the prices. Breakfast was ok but again…not a 5 star (no fresh juices or fresh fruit…). The hotel has several things to improve even some rebuilt to do (I’ve noticed an unfinished wall coming back from the parking lot via stairs as there was no elevator). Not much to do outside the hotel. Spa and gym ok. Overall it’s ok but far from 5 stars.

Nice view, rooms are great but the services are not there. Probably under staffed and under trained teams, while super nice people, it was not the experience you expect at a 5 stars hotel. Also several area appear to be unfinished such as the outdoor pool, probably the worst.

Déçue de l’hôtel, de son environnement, piscine qui donne directement sur le parking, la poussière est au rdv dans la chambre et également dans les parties communes, idem pour la moquette du couloir des chambres les miettes sont restées au sol 3 jours, literie de qualité,le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est sans plus, pas de jus d’orange naturel, le restaurant est correct, cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix

We enjoyed our stay here, and they arranged a wonderful day of wine tasting and a cooking class for us. The things we did not like, though, were that the gym in the basement was very warm, and also the outdoor pool was not open, even though it was quite hot out. The breakfast was nice. There is not much to do in the immediate area, so you would want to have a car, or a driver arranged for your time there. We did not use any of the spa services. They have bikes to use, but we did not inquire about where you would take them.

Staff disponível e simpático. Muito atencioso. Limpeza boa. Quarto confortável. No entanto, noutros aspetos, nomeadamente poucas pessoas a atender dado a baixa ocupação, compromete o serviço geral exigido num hotel supostamente de 5 estrelas.

Good Hotel, but not surely 5 Star, and even pushing to be a 4 Star....

Local retirado mas excelente, a vista do vale é espetacular, restaurante maravilhoso, café da manhã muito bom com produtos frescos, quartos modernos e bem equipados, atendimento atencioso, enfim, uma experiência a repetir!

Good property with beautiful rooms that offer views of the surrounding vineyards. A little remote in terms of activities outside of the hotel. Food at the hotel restaurant was good but the menu was somewhat limited.

Prior to arriving 8 emails were not answered. Phone calls went unanswered, on one occasion when the phone was answered it was after 25 attempts. Lack of staff. For a Spa - lack of spa staff - who whilst competent lacked a smile. Pool and pool area needs a clean. Room service menus very limited. Room service exceptionally slow. Al in all explains the lack of guests.
