Great property if you are in your 20s and visiting. Super clean, in the middle of everything from bars to restaurants and shops, steps from Rato station on the yellow line and in front of the tram. Limited contact which made it super easy checking in.

チェックインの15時前にも、チェックアウト後にも、中の大きなロッカーに、荷物を預けられることを後から知り、そのために大変苦労しました。荷物チェックインできない玄関と中の入り口、部屋のパスワードキーが送られてきていたのを見落としていたのが原因ですが、こうした民泊的なチェックインに慣れていないと、戸惑うことも多いと思います。 部屋に窓がないのが不満だったのですが、大きな扉を開けると、広いテラスにでられる部屋でした。オーナーが迎えてくれる時間にチェックインできると、より快適な滞在になると思います

Good location, comfort. Easy access. Reasonably clean. Quiet . But toilet floor was not that clean.

Lo que más nos gustó, es la ubicación, muy cerca, caminando del metro ratio y varias paradas de autobús, restaurantes, muy agradables cerca, como el restaurant Alba, y pastelería 1800 delicioso pastel de nata, la cama es cómoda, todo muy limpio, tiene una cocina compartida con todo lo necesario. Lo malo es que no hay calefacción Central, por lo tanto, hace muchísimo frío, pedimos una cobija y nos dijeron que no había, pero nos prestaron un calefactor, no era suficiente, tuvimos que usar dos calefactores, con eso se quedó agradable, pero lo más desagradable es el servicio de la recamarera, quien cada mañana Nos quitaba el calefactor, llegaba a tocar la puerta y nos despertaba, hacia los demás cuartos, hablando por teléfono y se oyen sus conversaciones y nos despertaba, y el último día fue a tocar diciendo que la salida era a las 11 de la mañana, le mostramos nuestra reservación por Expedia, que vencía a las 12 del día, y dijo que no era verdad, y se quedó parado en la puerta, y ahí estuvo esperando que nos fuéramos, una pésima actitud.

Excellent stay at Principe Real Guest House. A wonderful room, very well kept, elegantly decorated, ideally located near the Rato subway station and close to Lisboa's historical downtown. The place is very clean (and smells very good), includes a communal kitchen, and even lockers for late departures. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The decoration combines minimalistic modernism with colonial touches. The bathroom was lovely as well. We loved it, and will definitley come back!

Très apprécié. Le Guest house est rénové et propre et à proximité des transport en commun. Pâtisserie et resto à quelques pas. L’unique point un peu négatif est l’état du tapis des escaliers d’accès au Guest house qui ne donne pas une bonne image à l’établissement. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Second time staying at this guesthouse and loved it just as much as first time. Entry codes with clear instructions are sent a couple days in advance with no concerns. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Beds and pillows are excellent. Rooms are very clean. Shared kitchen is well equipped and there is a large outdoor patio for the guests to use. The area has a metro 2 blocks away and a grocery store just beyond. Downtown is a 15minute walk. Will definitely stay again.

Veldig fornøyd med rommet vårt, fint bad og fin uteplass! Kjøkken m kaffe/te og bra utstyrt! Kan trygt anbefales videre!3 netter i nærheten av alt, alikevel så rolig og fredelig. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake

Foi somente 01 noite, mas posso dizer que a cama e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis, banheiro com chuveiro e secador muito bom. Única coisa que acho que deveriam fazer, é com relação a entrada no imóvel, escada com tapetes muito desgastado, além de estarem sujos, deveriam trocar para melhorar a aparência. Para quem estiver com malas grandes, terão este inconveniente também. Mas adentrando na porta principal para os quartos, o ambiente é muito bom.

Issues started with check in at this property, received an email with check in codes that didn't work upon arrival. Was forced to turn on my international data plan to contact the staff to be able to access my room as the property gives a phone number but no phone or staff on site. Room was clean and renovated. Common kitchen was always cleaned. Daily housekeeping only folds and re-uses your wet towels. Common hallway seemed to have a sewage smell that they tried to mask with air fresheners. Ongoing construction in the building starts at 8AM, which includes jack-hammering and loud music.

i loved the set up of the guest house, with nice private rooms and a communal kitchen. very functional

Well located hotel to walk around the city centre. The street is busy but the hotel inside quiet. Very friendly staff and comfy bed. The shower screen was broken and too old.

This guesthouse was amazing. Lovely deck and shared kitchen facilities. It was very clean and felt safe. Also in a good area, only steps to a Metro and a little further to a grocery store. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Fina rum, och en stor fin terass! Tillgång till kök var också en stor bonus, vi åt egen frukost alla dagar och till och med egen middag en dag

The location is perfect, next to Rato metro station, very calm and beautiful area. The installations of the guesthouse are lovely and comfortable, I would repeat again :)

Excelente! Localização perfeita, Comunicação excelente com o proprietário, limpeza sempre perfeita, seguro, próximo a supermercado, restaurantes indicados e pontos turísticos! Tendo disposição pode se fazer mts cosias a pé! Minha próxima ida a Lisboa... já sei aonde me hospedarei!

Comfortabel, bijzondere kamer en hele goede locatie tov Bairro Alto en Chiado. Vlak bij metro station Rato. Parkeergelegenheid voor €11 per dag naast het guesthouse. Wel met de ramen dicht slapen ivm drukke verkeer, maar de kamer is hoog en met airco. Fijn ook dat er een gemeenschappelijke keuken en buitenterras is.
