The lighting was not so good, the air conditioning didn't work so well and they didn't have sockets next to the bed to recharge the cell phone at night

Great hotel. I was well located, very close to avenida dos aliados. Easy to move around. The hotel was clean, nice=, the gym was very good, and the buffet breakfast was very good as well. The restaurant in the roof top also seem very nice with live music (even though we did not actually dine there). We were a family of 4 and asked for to connecting rooms, which they gave it to us. The rooms were great, comfortable and with good A/C

Arrived well before check in time but could handily leave case for free to explore before checking in. Room was a decent enough size although privacy when using the toilet was ‘interesting’ as soundproofing wasn’t the greatest with just a glass door that wasn’t fully sealed separating the facilities and the room. Thankfully the great powerful shower and tv could drown things out. Adjustable rising bed was great to sit up and watch tv and the coloured lighting was great - especially if you wanted your shower to look like it belonged in a district in Amsterdam Close to the metro although it was a hike up the hill especially with a large suitcase

Excelente!

Overall, the hotel and staff were excellent and tried to address any issues quickly. They were all's quite apologetic about there being a concern at all. The hotel's location near the Trinidad's station made it ideal for impromptu (and inexpensive) day trips via the Metro. We went to Aveiro connecting at Sao Bento and to Matsinhos. Also because it's not in a tourist neighbourhood there are great little local spots to eat in where your Euro really get great value. The biggest issue we had was out shower enclosure was leaking. We initially thought we hadn't pushed the shower door closed properly but after doing so it still leaked and not a little. We let the manager know when we were leaving one morning and on our return that evening all the seals on the door had been replaced. Unfortunately that didn't solve the issue. There was still a leak which we realized was water getting between the door and the shower sill. At that point we were close to the end of the trip and didn't want to keep reporting the same issue and as I said the staff were great and responsive. Aside from that, I would highly recommend Yotel Porto for convenience, great staff and a fantastic location.

Väldigt rent, trevlig personal, bra gym. Kanske lite för ”modernt” för min smak med ljusen i rummet och så. Men det är en personlig åsikt och allt var väldigt bra.

The hotel is clean and cozy, with friendly staff. If you come for breakfast at the end, you will see empty trays

Camera pulitissima e con un letto comodo (materasso duro). C'è anche l'opzione: non pulire a fronte di un voucher di 5 Euro. Bagno e doccia con vetri satinati e lavabo in camera. Check-in molto rapido, spazi comuni moderni e pratici con il distributore automatico per cibo e bevande. Personale gentilissimo, rapido e sempre disponibile. Ottima e abbondante la colazione continentale. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente

The lift/ elevator seldom worked. Also the AC in the room was very complicated to operate, and would have to be turned on every time we opened the door. With two rooms reserved for four people thirty was simply a newssense. Lights turning on and off had a time delay. No explaination. Breakfast was good but the lady serving was so over worked. She needed at least one if not two helpers to manage the crowd. Over all good, but for the same cost I would expected a much better experience.

En una zona céntrica para visitar Oporto. Buenas instalaciones. De primera. El personal todos muy amables. El desayuno bufete muy completo. Para nosotros estuvo excelente

Kahvaltı sıradan, personel yetersiz, misafirler kahvaltı alanı öncesinde oda numarası kontrolü için bekletiliyor, tek personel hem oda numaralarını kontrol ediyor hem de servis ve temizlikle ilgileniyor. Yatak konforsuzdu, hiç rahat değildi. Oda temizliği iyi ama duşta küf vardı Otopark iyi, geniş Restoran kahvaltı sonrası 12’ye kadar kapalı, ayrıca gece 23’de kapanıyor.

Perfectly located

Convenient location. Staff were attentive and friendly. Lobby and room were modern and clean. Decent air conditioning. Ambient lighting.

Lobby et lounge super moderne et propre! Très confortable! Resto sur place et déjeuner très copieux. Chambre super! Proximité du vieux Porto parfaite: tout se fait en marchant.

O Yotel fica na parte alta do Porto, tem um viaduto em frente e debaixo do viaduto tem um estacionamento público. O metrô próximo é a estação Trindade. A iluminação do quarto não é nada funcional, com luz embutida, ficando escuro. O hóspede necessita de luz clara e eficiente para uma maquiagem ou para fazer a barba, por exemplo. O box fica dentro do quarto sem nenhum lugar para pendurar a roupa que você vai retirar ou para a roupa que você irá usar após o banho, isso precisa ser revisto. Teve um dia que mandaram uma toalha rasgada para nós. O quarto para três pessoas fica muito apertado com a cama de solteiro na perpendicular, impossibilitando ir ao banheiro na madrugada, por exemplo. O chuveiro é bom. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Não tivemos problemas com ruído externo. No café da manhã tem funcionários simpáticos e prestativos mas não dão conta da demanda, pelo menos no verão em que o hotel estava lotado.
