I was shocked with the facilities at this hotel as it does not feel like a 5 star experience at all. The location is good as it is easy to grab taxis and get around quickly but the rooms were not great. Shower is a little on the small side and the staff could have been abit friendlier to guests. Overall a poor 5star

The location of the hotel is in downtown, near a very nice shopping mall "The Gate Mall" and near a metro station. Also it is across the street from the Convention Center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we were even attended by the hotel manager.

Fine restaurant closed. No wine on property. Mediocre food the same high prices as better food nearby. Service slow and sometimes nonexistent. For example they offer shoeshine service. When I called for it someone brought me a handful of sponges. That’s not a shoeshine. Also not knowing Doha I was silly enough to pay extra for a sea view room. Between all the skyscrapers you can in fact see a small patch of sea. Not enough to justify charging for it. COVID hurt a lot of hotels. Management of this one has been unable to maintain a culture of service to encourage guests to root for the hotel. Won’t be giving them another chance.

Everything went well until I checked out. They forgot to include my breakfast bill on my invoice so I had to come back to pay for it which is an absolute inconvenience. They have to pay attention ton details like this. What if I’m a traveling customer and en route to catch a flight? Totally disappointing.

The rooms are clean and we'll furnished and great size. Bathrooms are comfortable so are the amenities. The pools however are not too big and were super full during my stay at all times. They do however offer dedicated ladies mornings during the weekdays.Spa facilities were mixed so steam sauna jacuzzi was being used by everyone including kids.The front desk lady is a bit rude and her behavior remained the same during check in and the call for checkout which was off putting. Other front desk staff was pleasant and all smiles except for her . As for room service Steak was undercooked despite my request of being well done and the order was messed up totally. Greek salad was served with blue cheese instead of feta whereas I specifically asked for blue cheese dressing only. Food choices are limited.
