My suite was spacious, the rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I did encounter several issues during my stay. In the bathroom, there were visible mold spots on the grout, and the sofa in the living room had a greasy stain on it. When I first entered the suite, the air felt somewhat stale and had an unpleasant odor. A more serious problem occurred on my second night: it was extremely difficult to fall asleep because the guest in the neighboring room was snoring loudly. The sound carried through the wall so clearly that I could even record it on my phone. I reported the issue to the reception, but since the hotel was fully booked, they were unable to offer a different room. Eventually, at around 1 a.m., I had no choice but to knock on the neighbor’s door to wake them up, just to have a chance to sleep. This situation was not the fault of the reception staff or the guest themselves, but rather a consequence of insufficient soundproofing. Additionally, on both mornings I was woken up by doors slamming in the corridor, and the blackout curtains unfortunately did not provide full darkness either. I hope this feedback helps in improving the overall guest experience.

Kaldığımız oda oldukça temizdi. Odanın ayrıca salon mutfak bölümü de vardı. Kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi ve yeterince yiyecek çeşidi vardı. Otelin bulunduğu binanın altında otele doğrudan erişim sağlanabilen ücretli bir otopark vardı. Gündüzleri nasıl olur bilmiyorum ama biz gece 1’de giriş yaptık ve otoparkta yeterince boş park yeri vardı. Eksi olarak: - Kaldığımız odada sıcak su akmıyordu. (Gece 1’de giriş, aynı sabah 10’da çıkış yaptığımız ve duşa da çok fazla ihtiyaç duymadığımız için bu konuyu resepsiyona bildirmeye gerek duymadım) - Ücretsiz wifi vardı, ancak bağlantı kalitesi çok düşüktü.

Breakfast is mediocre. Staff do not respond to e-mails

the suite was nice and spacious, but the furniture was a bit worn and could use remodeling. Staff was ok, not the most friendly people, especially at breakfast, but all went well. breakfast itself is a bit modest: not many sweet options, no almond/soy/oat milk options, eggs were often cold.

Easy to walk to restaurants

Spacious and modern apartment. Perfect position for walking the main sites. Nice breakfast. Reception assisted with all enquiries and suggestions of places to eat and visit.

Really lovely apartment. We were checked in much earlier than the time stated which was very welcome as we were tired after our trip. Until we got our bearings it does seem to be out of the way of most attractions, shops, town etc but we did find many restaurants within a 10 min walk from here on our last day. Cleaning staff were a little hit and miss taking away our rubbish and replacing tea bags and toilet roll. We had no milks to go in our tea although we saw they were on the cleaning trolley. Asked at Reception on our way back to the hotel after dinner for more teabags and the male receptionist was quite rude saying not at this time of night. Most hotels, all staff know where the teabags are kept and are quite happy to get some for a paying customer! Complimentary breakfast was in a really lovely restaurant on the 6th foot. Good selection considering it was included in the price. Scrambled eggs were cold though and the bacon wasn’t the nicest but still managed to fill us up until lunchtime. Would have given this a 5* review if had no issues so could do with keeping an eye on the little things.
