Great location. The air conditioning could have been better as this was not too good.

The location of this hotel is great, but our room was not in great shape. There was a leak under the tub in the bathroom, and the smell of standing water was horrible. I mentioned this to the reception staff, and the lady only offered a new bath mat to soak the water. I was sick at the end of my stay.

Good hotel, right were the old city center is. breakfast is fine. Not much plug/socket available in the room to connect electronics.

Nossa única chateação foi em relação ao estacionamento, pois foi informado no anúncio a disponibilidade gratuita e no hotel nos foi cobrado uma tarifa de €$16,00 por diária para o veículo ficar em uma área aberta e sem nenhuma segurança. Café da manhã razoavel.

部屋は清潔で快適。ただすぐ前の道でたまたまイベントがあり騒音が残念だった。朝食は地域の食材を使った素晴らしいもので感激した。やや駅から遠いがタクシー会社がホテルのすぐ隣で大変便利。お勧めホテルです。

It was in the heart of down town. All the bars clubs and resterants were right outside. The parks and museum are just a little walk away. Great hotel with excelent service.

Breakfast was really good. I would recomend this hotel.

Great comfort and shower in a pleasant cosy room, but the WiFi was terrible.

Staff was friendly. They remembered myself from previous stays. Good Location to participate in activities in Old Town Craiova. I do enjoy the breakfast. Rooms are spacious.

Centralt läge, mitt i stan och nära till allting. Trevlig och vänlig personal.

Worst hotel we’ve ever been in!!! They charged my credit card for the full amount without asking for permission. After the 7 nights when we payed in cash they processed a refund for the original charge which resulted in me paying currency exchange TWICE!! I tried to resolve this with the hotel staff and they said they charge everything upfront in your first night because “people leave without paying and they need to make sure they get their money”. Expedia will not help cause they said hotel should not have charged my credit card without my confirmation. Hotel will not help cause they don’t care. On the accommodation aspect: -room was supposed to come with Air conditioning but they don’t have it in March!! They would only provide the AC during summer months -we paid for a junior suite but it only had one room ( no suite whatsoever) -we paid for breakfast but they charged me for coffee in cash -they only provide instant coffee. When I asked for real coffee they said they don’t have any -disgusting breakfast with very limited choices -hotel does not provide SHAMPOO OR TOILETRIES even though they said they are -bathroom was not cleaned at all- they would only empty the garbage and replace towels -bedsheets were not replaced during our stay -staff was useless, rude and was smoking inside
