Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest Hotel & Residence

Fint hotell som er delt opp i flere seksjoner. God frokost og løsningsorientert ansatte. Sengene er litt harde men rommet føltes rent og stort. Det som er greit å vite er at om du skal ta i bruk treningsstudioet må du ha med egnet joggesko og det er ikke tillatt med slippers eller sko som er brukt ute. Treningsstudioet ligger i samme bygg som hotellet men blir også brukt av lokal befolkningen. Skal man ta i bruk Uber (noe vi gjorde ofte) og er "Radisson Blue Park Inn" gjest, bør man sette "Sharkia" (restaurant) som pickup point.

Gewoon een fijn en betaalbaar hotel. Ook nog eens een gratis upgrade naar een volledig tweekamerappartement gekregen. En zo fijn dat er standaard een strijkplank en strijkijzer in de kamer aanwezig is!

Wir haben über das Hotel einen Transfer gebucht, der uns am Flughafen abgeholt hat. Im Hotel angekommen, wurden wir gleich zur Kasse gebeten und der Rücktransfer verabredet. Das Zimmer wurde schnell gefunden. Eigentlich sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider waren die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen, so das man fast aus dem Bett kullert. Mülleimer werden nur geleert, wenn man das Schild, "Zimmer herrichten" an die Tür hängt, was meiner Meinung nach nicht in Ordnung ist. Ein Pool ist zwar im Hotel vorhanden, aber Bademäntel werden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Baden ist nur mit Badekappe gewünscht, wer hat die mit? 4 Sterne kann man aber für das Frühstück vergeben. Das Frühstückangebot ist sehr umfangreich und die Speisen lecker. Nun kommen wir wieder zum Transfer, beim Check In wurde die Abholzeit vereinbart, aber der Transfer kam nur zu Stande, da gerade eine Crew im Hotel abgeladen wurde. Da sollte man einen anderen Anbieter wählen.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. I started by getting a really good bed and breakfast deal and was also really impressed with the leisure facilities. The bonus was when I opened the door to my room, I discovered I had been given a sweet with a TV in both the sitting room and bedroom. There was also a large fridge and cooking facilities. The next time I'm in Bucharest, this will be the first hotel I look up.

Exactly what we expected, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed

Room was OK but the building needs renovation.

The room I got was nothing like the one that I paid for on Hotels.com. The "modern" room with hypoallergenic bedding? Nowhere to be found. Instead, I got an old, outdated room with regular bedding. And at 11 PM, my neighbors were throwing a party, thin walls made it difficult to sleep. Update: Hotels.com told me to talk to the reception, so I did. They claimed they were fully booked but would find a solution in the morning. However, they admitted they had no more hypoallergenic blankets or pillows. The next morning, the story changed. A new receptionist, much more accommodating, immediately brought up my review and complaint. Suddenly, they were eager to "make things right." The Reality: I booked a standard room, and they downgraded me without a word, no apology, no explanation, no attempt to compensate. But the moment my complaint became public, they quickly found a solution. By 1 PM, they gave me a new (better) room and a free dinner. Yet, despite everything, the bedding still wasn’t hypoallergenic, just another standard duvet! I called reception again. They promised to fix it. 45 minutes later? Nothing. I had to go back downstairs to insist again. Final Thoughts: If you can, stay elsewhere. At the very least, avoid the Green Building, that’s where the photos come from.

Wonderful stay in Bucharest, staff were very accommodating and allowed us early check in and upgraded our room. Great selection of breakfast. I would add room was dated in compression to the pictures.

Hotel di buon livello con a disposizione anche camere/appartamento dotate di cucina e piccolo soggiorno. Il complesso è molto grande ed è collegato internamente al Radisson blu con cui condivide alcuni dei servizi. La zona in cui è situato è piacevole con locali ed alcuni dei principali spot turistici nelle vicinanze

Struttura centrale, dotata ottima piscina e palestra

Had stayed in the past again but this time was a memorable one. Very easy and fast to check in (and early one), but what made me happy is that I claimed a quiet room and it was exactly what I had requested (and on a high floor on the green block). Staff very polite and helpful with great English communication. Room had all of the facilities, plus an espresso capsule machine. Breakfast was great and under continuous refill. Great location and access to the "World Class Gym nearby". Was two pleasant and comfortable days that made me want to be back again.

Nice stay. Close to local transport. Good restaurants.

Adoramos o hotel, muito limpo e bem central. E o Alexandru da recepção foi muito amigável, e nos ajudou com todas as nossas perguntas, muito prestativo, recepção nota 10! Voltaríamos com toda certeza!

Très pratique, très bien au top

The area is not really nice. The staff- Alexander was very nice, helpful. The other receptionist was a bit not nice. I booked this hotel because of sauna, pool and gym. When I arrived- I was told that sauna and pool are under repair. Wish I know beforehand and stay where I was before- in a nicer hotel with ALL amenities. Went to the World Gym. Got disappointed. The staff is rude. No free water to drink, only to purchase. WHAT??? Ok, I will stay away from this hotel and gym.
