Jade Mountain Resort

I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this special property. My wife enjoyed spa treatments in the spa, and we had a great couples massage in the room. Even without a/c, it always felt pleasant in our room. Jade Mountain is really a gem and we would highly recommend it.

Jade Mountain was the crown jewel of our 10-day adventure in Saint Lucia. We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday on the island, and as avid travelers who love immersing ourselves in local culture and cuisine, we explored every corner—from fishing villages to hidden beaches. But no matter how much we saw, nothing compared to returning to the serenity and splendor of Jade Mountain. The resort is truly a sanctuary. Our major domos were attentive and thoughtful, making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The open-air design of our sanctuary, complete with a private infinity pool and a panoramic view of the Pitons, left us speechless. Watching the sun rise and set over those iconic peaks from the comfort of our room was pure magic. The yogis were very experienced, the food was delicious and the sunsets were magical. Jade Mountain isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best travel memories we’ve made together.

The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel.

Jade mountain resort is lovely with so many great activities to do. The beach down the hill is spectacular and the snorkeling is unreal.

Ideal spot for honey moon or celebrating special occasion with significant other. My wife and I came for our 10 year anniversary and scheduled a photo shoot on the premises. The rooms were surreal. I would highly recommend opting for the room with pool. Stunning views and more spacious room. All in all an Amazing experience from start to finish, highly recommend!

Prestige property that's managed by amazing people at every level.

We didn’t leave the room during our stay. Why would we? With a room with a pool, a view to match anywhere on the planet and 24 hour butler service, we just took it all in! It’s excessively rare when a hotel taps into one’s imagination. Jade Mountain is the closest thing to paradise we ever experienced. A !

Absolutely stunning and amazing service.

What was unique: This place has the most beautiful views. By far the best on the island. You also get a Major domo which is a Butler to act as your fairy godmother and plan everything for you. I did not even need to think. What I liked: Their level of professionalism was over the top and they were superb in waiting on us. It was the best treatment ever and I didn't have to lift a finger, work up a sweat, they just did everything and were great all around. The food was moderately priced and had great quality and variety. Just outstanding all around and the experience was like no other. I came in hungry and they already had food there and just like they were mind readers. This place with the views, the service, the food was excellent. Dislikes: I did not like the mosquitos. I got bit twice. The rooms have 3 walls, so where the fourth wall would be opened up to the elements. It is beautiful yes, but I would've preferred an option of having blinds because at night when we turned on the lights, moths plagued the place. The mosquitos loved the bathroom, and sometimes it got really hot even with all the fans present. The sun flooded into the room at 5:30 am and the birds sounded like something from the Jurassic period. Again, an option for shades and protection from the outside elements would've been a better option. Overall, a place worth visiting and just a great experience. You are one with nature and everything on the resort was beautiful and something from a dream.
