The restaurant staff are irreplaceable. Sunset Shores is my favorite place to stay when I'm in St Vincent. The team make you feel at home, yet are professional. The hotel plant itself can do with some upgrade including better locks and latches on doors from a security perspective.

The property continues to show improvements. There are some little things that need addressing as they go along, my main concern is the restaurant staff, they continue to show some mix attitudes. This can be corrected by the proper workshops and training. Over all I am very comfortable staying at this property.
Huston and Lyndon from the bar always goes above and beyond to make guest feel welcome.
I will always stay here when I am in Saint Vincent.

I stayed a few times over my stay in St Vincent. Very very lovely hotel. Renovated rooms are modern and lovely. Staff are hardworking and have exceptional customer service skills. Top choice for SVG.

This was our first trip to St. Vincent as a family. The hotel was beautiful! Comfortable rooms with A/C. The staff was SO helpful! The front desk helped arrange a driver to dark view falls. Food was great and so fresh! Swimming in the sea behind the hotel and able to walk to several restaurants within 5 minutes

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was amazing, friendly, polite and very helpful. My room was a good size. The hotel was kept clean at all times. The food was very good -- especially the conch roti. Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy any of the mangoes on the property as they weren't ripe before I left. I would definitely stay there again.

I treat this hotel as a second home. Staff are helpful and renovated rooms are lovely. As it is a rainy season I recommend you use repellant and bop out the rooms.

I brought a group of 14 people to St Vincent for a scuba diving trip, and I chose Sunset Shores for our base because it was next door to the dive shop (and was one of the shop's recommendations), and the price was very competitive, and in particular because they had an adequate supply of rooms with two beds. The entire process went smoothly. The front desk responded to all of my inquiries. Once there the rooms were plenty spacious, everything worked, and they were responsive to any questions or concerns. The food at the restaurant was exceptional as well. Overall I give Sunset Shores my enthusiastic thumbs up!

My stay here was better than at Beachcombers Hotel. I enjoy the close proximity to transportations. The drive way is like a workout way, if you needed a little workout. I did not eat much at the property since I wanted more local cuisines. My first night I had some bakes and fish and it was good. Love the sitting area by the beach facing the ocean, where you can enjoy and relax. There were still doing some improvements from the hurricane. Some of rooms patio chairs and cushions may need some changes if it is broken or torn. Overall it was good experience.

We enjoyed the beach and the hotel grounds; the staff was helpful, patient and friendly. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. You'll love "Polly," the resident parrot. This was a great location from which to explore the entire island over a week. Our only complaint is that our dinner served there was very slow, and when it finally arrived, it was overcooked. I don't think this is a regular occurrence, though. I do recommend Sunset Shores for your stay on St. Vincent, whether you like to get out and explore the island or just enjoy Villa Beach, where the hotel is located.
