This hotel is very conveniently located if you have an early flight out of Glasgow Airport and would rather not deal with driving to the airport at stupid o'clock in the morning. The hotel is very clean with nice rooms and has a decent restaurant and bar. As a former very frequently traveller I was impressed. It is slightly lower priced than a couple of the other hotels that are a touch closer to the terminal building but for the extra 3 minutes walk it is worth the savings. The Terminals are easily walkable from this hotel.

Have stayed often and my favourite of Glasgow airport hotels. Easy walk to terminal and car rental, quiet and comfortable, and staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. Table service can be slow at busy times, but food good. Will keep coming back

Was a quick walk from airport, very quiet, great bed, only thing I didn’t like was we were put in a room with disabled bathroom which we did not require and weren’t asked or notified

All good as usual with this hotel pre holiday, only problem being after a 6 hour drive post nightshift prior to going on holiday and an early morning alarm. We woke at 5am to find no coffee or tea etc in the room. I know I could have called room service but we were literally up and away. Without coffee

Big and comfortable room. We had two double beds in our room which was great for just two people. The pillows were not to my liking but they are usually a very personal comfort thing. Everything else was very good.

The overall stay was good. Check in was really pleasant and the receptionist said that the reservation team had arranged complimentary breakfast. But when I checked out the horrible reception staff told me there was no breakfast. They were not pleasant about it.

Rooms are quite nice. Bed comfortable but the pillows are bizarrely tiny and, since there's nowhere to sit in the room, the bed is the only place to rest and the tiny pillows make it uncomfortable. Bar staff are utterly hopeless. Slow and uninterested. They've clearly been told the right phrases to parrot, but they seem to have little interest in providing a service. £18 car park charge is ridiculous.

Checked into hotel with confirmation email and receipt, only to be told that I don’t have a booking and the hotel is full. This was 10pm at night at the airport. They told me to contact expedia to sort it out despite having a conformation booking and welcome email and a receipt from them. After I complained they said they would try and sort something out, probably another hotel. After over an hour they summoned me to the desk and gave me a key. I asked if there was an apology. It got worse. The woman who told me basically to go and find another hotel refused to apologise and said that I was disrespectful. By this time it was too late to get anything to eat or drink as I had to be up early. Therefore had little sleep and a very bad experience.Still annoyed as you can tell.

We stayed here before travelling up to my wedding. It was a perfect hotel to meet my family at the airport, once you do the walk once it is fairly easy to get to Glasgow International. The breakfast was great and evening restaurant does amazing food, and the staff were the best. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
