My goto hotel for the past 3 or 4 years...Billy & Kay are 1st class hosts who are always very welcoming...This accommodation is spotlessly clean and very homely...The en suite facilities are excellent and the beds are always cosy...The breakfast is always the highlight for me with plenty of options and always cooked with fresh products...10/10 everytime.

Had a beautiful stay here and our room was lovely as the lovely lounge area,also lovely dining room. Breakfast was Fantastic and plentiful. Travelled from Australia and will let people know when back home about this beautiful place,owners were very kind and hospitable.... We would certainly recommend staying here š Regards Heather and Bob Langton š

I had one night stay, the host was helpful and offered to let me park my motorcycle in his garage, the breakfast was excellent and hosts were very friendly a good place to stay and reasonably priced. I recommend it

A very clean well kept property, managed and maintained by a lovely friendly couple, making it feel like a home from home.
The room was fitted out better than some high end hotel chains and was very comfortable. Best nights sleep ive had in years. Breakfast options were to die for, so much choice all cooked to perfection. Well done to you both Billy & Kay, you can be sure I will book again,

A quaint stop outside of Edinburgh. The little village is about ten minutes away. Just one block with a shop for essentials and a train station .
Lovely hosts and a good breakfast. You meet all sorts of people at the morning dining table ;-)
