Lovely big modern room with brilliant views of V&A museum and River Tay. Very comfy bed and friendly staff. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants and next door to railway station. Would always book here when visiting Dundee.

Room was clean, Bed comfortable, Had to report faulty lights, Door not locking properly.
Accused of smoking in room ans £100 invoice notice theough door.
I so smoke occasionally but have never smoked in my own house never mind a hotel.
Was booked in for two nights but decided not to stay the second night.

Disappointed regarding the breakfast options no fried egg available only scrambled which was strange also no hot tomatoes either which is normally a standard thing in hotels however it is what it is

There WAS A CHANGE OVER IN NAME in the time of my arrival and computer systems. So things were a bit chaotic with the computer system.

Had a great couple of nights at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near the V&A Dundee and a few other attractions. Also located next to the train station.

The hotel had great soundproofing and you could barely hear the roads below nor any train noise from the station. Very large window to see the town or if you are situated the other part of the building then the River Tay.
Plenty of towels and pillows. Room had heating and air con. The hotel was situated beside the train station and very close to the city centre. Breakfast buffet was fine.

Stayed one night in a twin room. So close to shopping/museums/food ! We parked at the recommend car parking which was a short walk away. Room big clean and comfy !

Would certainly stay here again. Great value for money room which was clean and comfortable. Staff were all lovely. Walkable distance to everything you would want to visit in Dundee city centre and handy for trains and buses.

The hotel is excellent as we get the train and it is just above the train station , no noise from the trains.
It is also few mins walk from city centre and other amenities. The bar is well stocked and very comfortable for a quiet drink before heading out or retiring for the night.
We will not consider staying else where when we visit Dundee.

It was very central. I was there to visit a relative at ninewells hospital and the location couldnt have been better for trains and buses. Hotel staff very welcoming. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Great nights sleep. Just a pity they dont do evening meals. However plenty of eateries nearby. Would definitely stay again
