Hotel is good. It is a bit rough roundbthe edges but its nothing a bit of tlc wouldnt fix.

A great stop-off en route to the Highlands. Polite and pleasant welcome from Anna on Reception. Decent room with big bed and all one would need for a short stay. Breakfast (hot and cold offerings) sets you up for the day. Good levels of cleanliness, except for cigarette ends in the allocated smoking areas - though this says as much about the people who drop this litter as the hotel itself. Would recommend this hotel.

A great choice for family with a very good breakfast

Easy access from M6 and quick to get back on to Motorway. Easy to eat as next door to a pub

The Holiday Inn Peth is overpriced for the standard and quality of the rooms provided. Needs an upgrade to ask for nightly cost, £160/night is not worth what they offer

Arrived as a group of 14 adults. Hotel were extremely accomodating and staff very pleasant

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great breakfast that is included with your stay. The hotel has king beds, which is lovely. It’s in more of an industrial area, so not really a lot you can walk to or anything and we found the city of Perth to be similar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall everything was clean, but rooms could use a bit of a refresh. Good stay for the price.

Second stay and was good for what we needed. A little pricey for one night( £210) but the breakfast was good.

L'hotel è situato in posizione un pò periferica (ma Perth è piccola), cosa che per me costituiva un pregio. Dispone di un discreto numero di parcheggi, sicuramente sufficienti per gli ospiti della struttura. Zona tranquilla e silenziosissima. A pochi passi si può cenare in un ristorante eccellente. Le camere sono semplici ma funzionali. Phon discretamente potente in stanza. Personalmente non ne comprendo l'utilità, ma c'é l'asse da stiro. Bagno con doccia privo di bidet, ma questo sarebbe vero anchè scegliendo hotels ben più costosi. Saponi e shampo in dispenser. Disponibilità in reception di vari prodotti, se ne siete privi (spazzolino, rasoio, ago e filo, ecc.). Colazione sufficientemente assortita e con prodotti di buona qualità. Personale disponibile e sempre presente. Non spendete una fortuna in acqua in bottiglia perchè quella del rubinetto è più che adeguata. Letto comodo, con scelta tra due cuscini di diversa morbidezza. Attenzione: nulla nell'hotel potrà essere pagato in cash perchè tutto è acquistabile/pagabile esclusivamente con carta (Amex, VISA, Mastercard sicuramente). Sostanzialmente buon rapporto costo/qualità

Ours was a one night stop on our way to Thurso. Convenient location, easy to find. Check in was straight forward. One of the receptionist could be under training as she did our room keys which didn’t work and on return to reception desk, her colleague showed her what to do. Then no problem.
