Just perfect. Batteries recharged, soul revived and in love with life again. Perfect location, perfect base to explore, great accommodation, super friendly staff (the girl in reception is delightful) and landscape that is hard if not impossible to beat. Loved it, and already planning a return trip. Enjoy

Our stay for 4 nights in a Gold caravan was perfect! We stayed with our 2 children (6 and 4 yrs) in September 2024.
This park was booked at a very reasonable price (especially considering other prices in Fort William). The caravan had a large spacious and well furnished living/kitchen/Dining area. The bedrooms are quite small but big enough for purpose and comfortable and plenty of storage cupboards and space. The heating and water pressure in the shower was great. Staff were amazing, views of the beautiful Loch were stunning. There's an easy to use self-service laundry on site which includes detergent in the price and cycle. Two playgrounds (one at either end of the park) which are both great and have things for all ages (flying fox is good fun for grown ups too). Jacobite steam train passes multiple times daily under the bridge at the entry and makes for some great pictures. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the store in reception is well stocked with fishing gear, snacks and any essentials you may have forgotten. Cannot fault anything from our stay. We are from Australia and we will be back! Highly recommend Linnhe Lochside Holidays to all.

Our group of four rented a caravan and we loved the location. We had a place for our car, working TV with Netflix and all services worked well. We thought charging for the linens and towels was a bit over the top since it's a basic service all hosts include in their price everywhere. We did not know this until after the reservation was done. They also did not include a bath mat on the property so we had to use one of our towels. The caravan is very small and if you like your space I would not recommend this one with 2 twin beds and 1 double bed but the hosting personal was very kind and the location was lovely, close to Fort William and in front of the loch. It is basic but well-maintained so I would recommend this particular caravan for less than 4 people.

The oven did not work and were charged 75$ for linens and towels for a 2 night stay. Checkout was 0930 but office didnt open until 0900 so very limited window to duscuss and problems with property

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and you really can't beat the view! It was lovely to have a private caravan all to ourselves with such a beautiful view. But, we were shocked to find that towels and linens wouldn't be provided unless we reserved them in advance and paid an extra 30 pounds for them! There was also no soap provided in the bathroom, no extra toilet paper, and no paper towels, facial tissues, etc. so we had to go buy a bunch of essentials at the store. That is not at all convenient nor economical when you are travelling from outside the country and will only be there for 3 nights. We were also shocked at the cost to wash and dry one single load of laundry. The living room and kitchen were very spacious and comfortable (and we loved the electric fireplace), but the hallway is very tight and the doors to the bedrooms and bathroom were sort of a nightmare - they all open into each other so we were constantly opening/shutting/opening/shutting them in sequence to move from one room to the next.

Nice wooden chalet with a view of the loch. The bedrooms were very small in size so there is little room to put things. It’s good that they have Netflix on the TV in the lounge area.
Kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker. Pots pans and cutlery are all provided.
Nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive, Fort William is also a 15 minute drive away.
Harry Potter fans will have the opportunity to see the Jacobite steam train pass under the bridge.

I would like to start by saying the location of our caravan was excellent with a picturesque view and spectacular scenery.
However, we did have a few issues with the caravan. Firstly, when we arrived the caravan had an unpleasant smell which remained for the duration of our stay. Secondly, the standard of cleanliness was below expectations with dust, dirt and hair present from the previous occupier
on the floor, sofa and beds. The plates, glasses and mugs were also dirty, and had to be thoroughly cleaned before we could use them. Finally, there was no WiFi, which is a necessity for planning activities when phone signal is poor.
If the standard of cleanliness inside the caravan is improved, Linnhe Lochside Holiday Park has the potential to be a very good Holiday Park.

De Caravan was van alle gemakken voorzien. Bestek en borden waren niet achoon bij aankomst.
Slaapkqmerdeur wilde niet dicht. Bed is te groot.
Verder prima caravan. Echt genoten van het verblijf daar. Mooie omgeving, gelegen aan een Loch.

The whole park is really lovely, with beautiful landscaped grounds. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in dog friendly caravan with the beautiful Loch view. The caravan was very neat and cleaned and had everything we would need for cooking meals. Would highly recommend the site and would love to visit again.

This was a brilliant holiday. Caravan couldn’t ask for it to be any better in a perfectly placed view of the lake and the mountains. It’s lovely to wake up in the morning and go out and see the view window enjoying a nice cup of tea the day perfectly. Have an access to watch the Harry Potter train go by underneath the bridge the thrill for the kids to go underneath the bridge with the steam surrounding areas and being able to get to Ben Nevis was perfect. Price at this time of the year was excellent and it would be nice to go again thank you.
