Safe path from car park and to river path. Change the shower curtain or at least wash it!

TV was slow and needs updating. Bed was lovely and soft. Easy to find after getting off the bus. Good parking available. Shower was also nice.

Great hotel

The room was bigger than expected and very new and clean with a massive bed . The restuarant and reception were both clean and new and all the staff were friendly and helpful . The car park could have been better lit and the external approach to th hotel is not very inviting. Nice quiet room and I would definatley go back .

Staff were helpful and considerate and friendly. Lock did not work well until batteries were changed on last day, tap kept running and breakfast was average, perhaps a bit cold. But could be value for money if above were attended to.

breakfast was terible they did not displey any orange juice there was nothing displayed in the buffet the only thing they had it was pancakes. terible breakfast service and the hotel room window requires a big clean it was dirty all around.

Wish there was a fridge in the room, as travelers we don't eat out often but couldn't hold much food in the room without it. I feel like there is a lot of construction going on while we were there so it smelt like paint at times. Also it had a games room and a pool on site but neither were usable. It looks like they are updating which is fair but it makes it feel like you are missing out. Staff were kind but not overly engaging or personable.

The building itself was very cold, poor heating and tiled floors added to the cold atmosphere. The floors are also unsafe for those with limited mobility or unsteady on their feet. No where to get a drink whatsoever before 4pm. Housekeeping not done by 3pm, had to ask reception to get someone in. The food was expensive and poor quality, plus we had to eat in the bar! Other residents were clearly ordering in takeaway food. I observed a member of staff walk past rubbish in the corridor, twice which included a chicken bone and no attempt made to pick it up. How on earth has this hotel got a 4 star rating? We will definitely not be staying there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

It’s actually the hotel under a renovation that’s what I get told no SPA OR POOL AVAILABLE. Room as expected

Clean and good service

Reception and restaurant was cold.

Room was really good, receptionist extremely helpful when we arrived. Only downside is quite a few vulnerable peole and council tenants are placed there.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious. Room was clean with all amenities provided. Breakfast - buffet style, not many options for food, and personally food undercooked (pink bacon, white scrambled eggs). Still edible but not to personal taste

During our stay in Glasgow, this hotel was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally nice and everyone was willing to help us with anything that we needed. We would most definitely stay when visiting Glasgow again.

Bat staff were nice enough but need to learn about different drinks and could improve wine glasses

Well we’re to start got our room it had no working tv and so I went to front desk the man working night shift tried to help offered us a new room but tv in there didn’t work aswell and it was dirtier room than the first room we had so decided to stay he got a new tv wire but still Didn’t work he told me maintenance man would come in the morning at 10 o’clock to fix it so the next day no one came to fix tv but there is more and it’s disgusting my wife went to make a cup of tea she opened the kettle to find what looked like a MAGGOT moving around the bottom of the kettle I’ve got pictures they replaced the whole kettle set it ended up taking about 2 hours to get settled into a room the next day I waited for the maintenance until 12:30 no one came I went back to front desk and asked if he was still coming the girl acted like she didn’t know anything about it I asked to speak to the manager and wow, the night guy left notes on the desk for morning staff explaining the problems from night before and the manager and other staff started talking in a foreign language laughing I asked them to please stop talking in the foreign language and the manager woman started laughing rite in my face it got a bit heated and the woman/manager gave us another new room so we had to pack our stuff back up and move again to the farthest room in the hotel knowing my wife is disabled we got to the new room it was really dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned for 6 months,half hotel is a homeless unitcentre

it was a lovely hotel, great value for money with parking available but breakfast let it down, there were pancakes with no fruit and it was very limited in general only tea and coffee, no cappuccinos

The experience was terrible. The room itself was fine, but at around 1:00 a.m. there was a fight between families from two rooms, and we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. On top of that, there was no hot water. We had to leave the tap running for about 10–15 minutes before any hot water came out, which was unacceptable. Housekeeping also left my room door open after cleaning. When we returned at night, after being out all day, the room had been left unlocked with all my personal belongings inside. This was extremely concerning, and the hotel took no responsibility for it and offered no compensation whatsoever. The breakfast was terrible. Apart from being extremely poor, there were only three things to choose from. There was no variety of coffee only plain black coffee available. There was nothing else. We had to wait for them to restock items, and there were maybe only two people working to serve everyone. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The breakfast is extremely poor and not worth it at all. It’s not really a proper breakfast.
