There were a lot of walkable shops and restaurants. There were enough towels for everyone that stayed which was a positive. Now the down sides. All of the other reviews are 100% correct! Getting in is almost impossible. You have to wait for someone to come out so you can sneak in. The car park is an elevator for your car. If it’s a small car, you’re good. If it’s an SUV, you’re screwed. The flooring in the unit was destroyed from water damage and not even repaired. Beds are harder than a rock. Some of the dishes were dirty. The worst part was the blinds were closed and we didn’t check the windows. When everyone was leaving g the pub next door, it was like they were in the room with us. You could hear all of the garbage trucks and all of the birds. Turns out that every window was open! You can’t shut off the bathroom light and fan as they appear to be automatic and shut off on their own well after anyone has left the room. I don’t recommend you stay here!

The location is great. Close to everywhere and just off George Street. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. The decor of our room was quite dark but layout was fine. The double bed was quite small but manageable. Good for two children who are too big to share a bed or sofa bed. Well stocked. Staff were very helpful. Only downside was v noisy on the Saturday night. Could not work out why but may have been bar next door.

Rooms had everything we needed but were on the tattier side, paintwork wise. Beds comfortable, seating areas not so and lounge seating had stain marks. TVs didn't work but we enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating, we loved the central location and wouldn't deter anyone from staying as the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.

Check in was delayed due to Dickens in cleaning team. Staff was nice. Kitchen was Good, we had everything we needed.
Bathroom floor was broken, but it did not matter. Shower was really difficult to make the water in a nice temperature - it shifted between Cold and very hot.
There was a Strange noise every night, sounded like a very Big drop of water Hitting metal? Well it did rain, but I couldnt sleep for the sound.
Check out was easy and fast.
