Fab wee hotel with onsight parking. Room was spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities with bottled water and biscuits replenished every day. Fresh towels every day and housekeeping staff were so helpful and chatty. Hotel is situated on main road into Oban town centre. They have a beautiful bar area which is very quiet and would benefit from offering evening meal. Overall a wonderful stay. This is our fourth stay here and will most definitely be returning.

The breakfast, that you have to order the day before was excellent, plentyfull hot & well cooked. The young waitress was helpful, attentive & very pleasant. Parking was excellent, numerous spaces & behind hotel & safe.

The room was immaculate, felt recently renovated and quite current. It was to the rear of the hotel and very quiet even though the hotel sits on the main road through Oban.
Bed, firm but comfortable, no problems there.
The Nespresso coffee machine is a very nice addition too.
The shower is a waterfall type and absolutely perfect.
Can't comment on the bar or breakfast as we didn't use either.

Modern refit. Shower cubicle was fine for the smaller person. Tunnocks teacakes was a nice treat on the tea/coffee tray. Room 101 is at the back above the car park and night access door so be prepared for the noise.

The room was modern and clean. Parking at the back of the hotel was free. Service was good. Bar was open, but no restaurant - not a problem as lots of options locally.
Only negative was the the floor/ceiling creaked whenever the people above moved around.
