員工的好這是無庸置疑! 要說點缺點的話__ 1.房間有點小， 2.我住樓梯旁邊，開空調時隱約有些 按滑鼠的聲音，這聲音我也找了許久，雖然不大聲，但還是覺得有點奇怪 就這樣，住得還不錯!!

Very lovely

I would have given 5 stars if the room much tidier and clean. The toilet and bathroom quite dim. Two lightings are out and have not been attended to when I arrived. It s a pleasant hotel to stay and I would come back to the next time. The staff are very helpful and polite. The corridor is a lot peaceful and quieter unlike other IBIS. The amenities is very good.

Hotel did what it needed to, amazing that they have a guest laundry but that’s about where it ended. The lift system is extremely slow and delayed but the staff were so accommodating and kind it was a great experience from them. There isn’t anything super close to eat or explore so a car is easier to have if you don’t want to walk 10-20 minutes for public transport. Our room was not good, the bedding was stained and marked we didn’t know if it was clean, one light on the wall was hanging out with wires almost out and had been plastered over so much it was no longer able to be attached. Most of our lights were extremely dim and our aircon wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately whenever we tried calling reception it wasn’t answered and when we tried to speak in person at the front desk there was so much congestion we could barely get to the door. If you need a quick and cheap stay then it does the job for somewhere to shower and sleep but nothing too great.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Room was bigger than expected. The view was really nice. Would book again

The room was tidy and comfortable, but the cleanliness could have been better. On our arrival the person that booked us in was amazing. So friendly and helpful.

Very accessible to the city and SMRT by bus but the tv has regular channels the hbo is not clear but the receptionists are all friendly and accomodating

Cockroaches were large and phi dry at night.

Hi everyone I stayed 5 nights and breakfast but they charged me 6 nights and breakfast. Please check the day and time of arrival and 2 days for the service room. The breakfast every day is almost the same food. You get water filled up on level 4. I am so disappointed

The staff and location is good. Special appreciations for one staff by the name of Mr Sagar.

It was room quite small

地下鉄の駅からは若干遠いですが、近くにスーパーマーケットやガソリンスタンドに併設のコンビニが何軒か有り便利でした。ドリンクウォーターが何時でも補充出来るのは、有り難かったです。洗面台の鏡が移動式なのが分かりづらかったです。
