I chose this property for the microwave, stove top, refrigerator, kitchen sink. I was aware there was no air condition. Unfortunately I was not prepared for how hot Cape Town gets in March. They provided a fan, which helped a bit but still, I would not stay here again due to the lack of air condition.

The staff were all super friendly and the unit was clean and well maintained. The picture and the actual unit were miles apart. The unit was unbearably hot that it was unpleasant to be inside.

The check in was quick and professional, I also got help with my luggage to the room. The room though very small with a single bed looked fairly clean and tidy. What bothered me especially on the first night was the air and noise coming from a not properly closing window. The staff were friendly especially the reception staff.

Excelent location in terms of access to touristic points. But one better take care walking around at night.
Don't expect a hotel service. Towels and bed sheets are not changed every day and room Ian cleaned also every other day or every two days.
Although a students house, the place is quite and organized with some important facilities as washing machines and common areas.

The property looked nothing like the photos. It was a room facing the internal ventilation system with pigeon droppings and no air conditioning. It appeared to be a boarding house for students.I spent only one night there.

Small, well appointed rooms with everything you need except AC. There was something that resembled a thermostat but it could not be operated. Wifi, TV, and hot water were all great. This is student accommodations that doubles a hotel so expect a dorm room and not a hotel room. The location is amazing for daytime tourism. A 5 minute walk from the Community Gardens and many restaurants.

You must check in during office hours... the rules for visitors are a bit strict. The rooms are TINY. Housekeeping is not available outside of office hours & not on the weekend! I ran out of toilet paper & was told to go to the supermarket. Instead, i booked another hotel.
