My second stay here. I have no problem with is place. I love the location. The major challenge is the check-in and check-out time. Then again some of the staff are not friendly. The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm. They didn't contact me despite hotel.com contacting them that they are conforming to my booking. theses created a lot of confusion which was later sorted out by hotels.com

Some amnesties are not available but made due with what was there. Bed sheets should be thoroughly checked to see if they have been changed Bathroom door became faulty but maintenance worker was prompt to fix errot. I would recommend a telephone line to the reception area for any maintenance work that needs to be done. Affordable accommodation looking at the area (close to Sandton City mall) I would stay there again.

Nice property but, not professionally run. There was always power failure for most of the day and no adequate solution. No generator, nothing. There were people fighting and been a nuisance all together. Absolutely nothing to write home about.

The Place is very safe and clean. But just like what all other clients have said in the Previous reviews for years now; the Hotel should have alternative power, during load sheading moments. They should buy a generator. I was accommodated in the dark, i couldn't even see where i was sleeping. With the high dimension of the Hotel and Estate, its an acceptable that they don't have alternative power supply. From the reviews that i read; all guests have put this up for over a year now; but management is not reacting positively. To be frank, i wouldn't recommend someone to stay there if the alternative power supply is not addressed.

Rude receptionist, room wasn't ready when we arrived and the receptionist was rude and unapologetic. She told us to wait outside, in the hot sun. Didn't give an ETA of when the room would be ready. The room was decent and the beds noisy but comfortable.

Place was easy to find accessible with security at boom gate. Rooms were self-catering with a hotel feel. Exceptionally clean and well kept. Reception was welcoming accommodative but not informative. The Pablo restaurant in-house is exceptional 👌
