No breakfast was served even though I paid for breakfast. Shower drain was blocked and there was nobody onsite to resolve the issue so we couldn’t shower because the water was flooding the bathroom.

Large bedroom with super comfy bed, good quality bedding, French doors onto balcony, small sitting room with Tv, good selection of drinks and biscuit,fridge, desk, chair and wardrobe also French doors onto balcony. Large bathroom with good size shower, plenty of toiletries.
Table and chairs on the balcony, wonderful views of mountain and garden.
Plenty of parking.
Good selection of food at breakfast, continental or full English, fresh fruit salad lots of pastries.

Clarens is a lovely town with amazing views and lots of activities from hiking to shopping. The Riverwalk B and B is within an easy walk of the main town square, bed was super comfy, views were amazing, staff were helpful and friendly - the perfect spot to stay.

A beautiful venue, clean, fresh crisp linen. Beautiful setting and outlook. Only thing I want to mention is that the room we stayed in werent very "soundproof". One could hear the next door and upper neighbours conversations quite clearly. But other than that the food was excellent and the owner and staff most friendly. Will defenitely recommend.

This is a quiet B&B, with a beautiful view of the well attended garden and the typical Eastern Free State sand stone rich mountains. The river walk is a must and gave us a new perspective of the town. It, furthermore took us through some really beautiful scenery. Although it is walking distance from the buzz of the town, we enjoyed the quietness and beauty of the B&B gardens and the surrounding area.
