Alma Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was impeccable. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. A true 5-star. The only negative point is the hotel restaurant. The waiters are confused, the orders were all wrong, the food was salty and not very tasty, and the cooking was wrong. They tried to fix it, but the taste was very bad. They didn't change the dish. We ordered it without foie gras, and it came with it. A pitiful restaurant. I will definitely return to the hotel, but never to the restaurant.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Alma Barcelona. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm, attentive service that never felt forced. The room was elegant, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with high-end touches that made it feel like a luxurious retreat. The location is unbeatable — just steps from Passeig de Gràcia, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful escape from the city buzz. One of the true highlights was the garden courtyard — a tranquil oasis perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The breakfast was top-notch, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and an à la carte menu that elevated the experience far beyond a standard hotel buffet. We travel often and stay in many great hotels, but Alma stood out as something truly special. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Despite the midnight check-in, they welcomed me very warmly, and all the staff were great for 4 days until the check-out day. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the sauna in the basement spa could be used every day, which could heal the fatigue of the body. The only thing that was disappointing was that the noise of the machine was regular in the middle of the night, perhaps because of the heating, and the water in the shower booth overflowed outside. Other than that, it was perfect. I would like to stay again.

Nice and new hotel in a shopping street. Very new and updated. Clean and spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and healthy. Unfortunately, VIP access never offered or mentioned during this stay.
