Antali Parador Nerja

Overall our experience in Antali Parador was poor to average due to some significant basic requirements missing. Swimming pool was closed and this was not mentioned on the agency web site, kids were greatly disappointed as we decided to book that place for this reason. Hygiene was not great as some towels were stained& black curly hair stuck into them and finally toilets were smelly. Safety wise entrance light bulb exploded and this caused the electricity to be cut off and fuse could not be turn back on for the whole day. This bulb explosion could have injured our kids or ourselves. We informed agency in the morning and then early afternoon and late afternoon. A repair was promised all day long and by 19.00 latest. By 19.30 nobody came to fix it so I call again agency and that time an electrician came. I needed to mention that we had a 5 month old baby and bottles could not be sterilized the whole day and the fridge was off due to electricity cut all day long. Finally we paid a 200€ deposit which was supposed to be refunded within 48 hours after our return. We came back a week ago and no refund had been received. After numerous emails and several phonecalls our security deposit was finally paid. Another thing air-conditioning was set up at 21 degrees by default without any remote control or manual control available. Agency told us we had to pay another 50€ deposit to have one!
