Lovely spacious room and own sunbeds on terrace

We used the Appartment for an overnight transfer but were still impressed with the accommodation which was nicely air conditioned and clean. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide choice from full English to continental at €8 pp. The facilities were very good . Reception staff for check-in and out were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We would definitely look at staying for a week or more

Très bon séjour au sein de l'hôtel Santa Rosa. Plusieurs boutiques à proximité, près de la plage franchement je recommence.merci beaucoup au femme de ménage qui nettoie tout les jours l appartement.

For a brief work related trip this was an ideal stop. Was clean and quiet and local amenities were on the doorstep. Clean pool with bar/cafe and a restaurant. Small but usable gym.

We had a great short stay at these apartments, staff friendly and rooms were a good size and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Sehr gute Betten. Das WiFi in den Appartements geht leider nicht immer. Die Küche dürfte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

Never stayed here before but stayed a few other places in Costa Teguise and this is by far the best. Very good apartments modern, clean, comfortable everything you need. Staff very accommodating. Only things negative Outdoor pool cold (they all are though), and would have liked the soft play and trampoline park, bowling open earlier than 3.30/4pm. Other than that will be returning definitely. Location has all amenities you could need on road outside complex. Parks around 15-20 mins walk. Near beach, exercise equipment etc

Las instalaciones no estaban mal pero muy mejorables. El pavimento de la piscina resbala muchísimo, tanto es que me resbalé y caí al piso la primera y única vez que fui a la piscina. La habitación era para 3 personas y la cama para la tercera persona era MUY INCOMODA, las vistas de la habitación eran horribles como se aprecia en las fotos que adjunto (No me deja subir las fotos, asi que les resumo las vistas: desde el balcón que por cierto había una mesa con 2 sillas cuando eramos 3 huéspedes, se veían 3 montañitas de picón (rofe), un contenedor de obra color naranja, dos bolsas de basura tiradas dejabo de nuestro balcón, y al fondo una preciosa estructura de una obre sin terminar. Desde la ventana de la habítación se veía el techo de la lencería y tejados de otras habitaciones). Encima estaba al lado de la lencería y desde por la mañana se escuchaba mucho ruido, de carros, coche de la lavandería y empleados. En definitiva, no es un complejo al cual me gustaría volver.

Excellent séjour au sein de ce très joli et agréable domaine entretenu avec beaucoup de soins. Très belle piscine. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil à chaque passage à la réception. En ce qui concerne l’hébergement, appartement très spacieux et très propre mais qui manquait juste un peu de confort et de modernité au niveau ameublement. Propriété très bien située sur l île.

After a good holiday last year, we rebooked a 2 bed apartment for September this year and asked for a pool view room, which ee were allocated. Our room had a small lounge/ kitchen area, 2 separate twin bedded rooms and a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower. The location was excellent, literally steps away from the pool. We booked breakfast at a cost of €5 pp per day and added half board for 3 days, taking advantage of a special offer of half board for €12 per person. Breakfast consists of cereals, fruit, continental cheeses and meats, full cooked English breakfast options, along with a variety of breads, croissants and pastries, hot drinks and juices are also included. Dinner is buffet style, with salad, meat dishes, pasta and a couple of kids meal choices. On one of the nights, it was a tex mex buffet with tacos, fajitas, rice, chilli etc and this was probably the best meal we had there. The hotel has a daily happy hour 4-6pm and prices have not changed from last year so you can get 2 pints of Cruzcampo for €2, as well as wine, soft drinks and cocktails all 2 for the price of 1. Entertainment is generally in the form of a kids mini disco as well as variety acts and singers. The bar is open most nights until 11pm, or 12pm. The staff work tirelessly to keep public areas clean and maintained. The Santa Rosa is located around 15-20 mins from the resort centre, with a wide selection of bars/ eateries, with a few just outside the hotel. We would not hesitate to rebook!

Very Enjoyable, Apartments are clean and spacious, lovely pool area with bar, also tennis courts & ten pin bowling centre with bar area & games room,nice area and not far from town centre maybe a 15-20 walk along a beautiful promenade than runs parallel to the coastline, there are also bars & restaurants just outside the complex
