We loved our stay here! The location is perfect - a 5-15 minute walk will get you to any main attraction. There is a complimentary snack & beverage station, which was a delightful little perk. Our bathroom was spacious and the shower was great! We loved the décor - very charming! The staff were helpful and friendly. This was a perfect hotel for a family on a budget!

Hotel semplice ma pulito e ordinato situato in una posizione strategica: centro e plaza de espana raggiungibili a piedi. Si trova inoltre proprio davanti a un parcheggio che seppure a pagamento è molto comodo. Non ha la colazione ma offre snack, bevande fresche e calde inbun angolo ristoro a tutte le ore. Ha snche una terrazza solarium. Ottimo, ci riterneremmo volentieri

Only thing negative for this place was wi-fi which was very poor , and mostly did not work ( it was important for me since I had to have remote work average 1-2 hours a day) .Otherwise It was clean , location was good, staff was friendly. ( would give otherwise 5 start )

It is a basic hotel. Not that great, just a place to sleep. The room is small and the hotel is close to the street so expect a lot of noise. Location is good though. Finding the hotel and the parking next to it was not easy. The bunk bed is poorly designed. I would not probably stay again in this hotel.

Centered location where we can access all tourist spot in Seville to include Seville cathedral, real de alcazar, plaza de espanol! We’ve enjoyed our stay. We love the complimentary snacks (coffee, water, cereals ) We checked in really late and we are thankful to the receptionist, our check in was easy! We are all tired, but despite that tired we felt good because our room was homey enough to get the sleep that we needed. Thank you.

Fantastic location!! An easy 10 min walk to the main sights. It was in a lovely area with good quality restaurants etc right next to the hotel. We had a basic room, which was absolutely fine. It was clean, had good air con and a nice bathroom. Thoroughly recommend!

Great place to stay. Good location to walk to most places you would want to see. Very helpful staff. They were there to answer any question we might have. Pleasant surprise to have access to free water, soda water, sodas, coffee and pastries in lobby whenever we returned from our outings. Nice patio off room. You could smell fried fish from our patio from the fried fish store around the corner. It didn’t bother us but might bother some.

Eine wirklich schreckliche Nacht das Bett war wackelig uns hat gequietscht die Fliesen auf dem Boden waren locker. Am Morgen sind wir voellig verquollen aufgewacht Weil die Betten so vermilbt waren. Am schlimmsten war der Laerm von der Strasse. Nebendran mehrere Kneioen. Man hat alles gehoert Floetenspieler und Glas scheppern. Und das ob wohl wir im ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten haben. Nie mehr! Ich verstehe nicht warum das ein VIP ACCESS Hotel ist. Das einzig gute war der Gratis Kaffe in der Lobby.

This is your basic hotel in a convenient location. It is very walkable to just about everything you would want to see or do. The staff is very helpful. There are a lot of dining optiobs within a 5 min walk.

We left an item when we checked out. They notified us of our lost item. We have tried repeatedly to followup on the item, but now the hotel says they don't know where the item is. Hotel and stay was fine and met expectations. our only issue is their response to our missing item.

Everything was great, the location, snack bar and coffee machine, view from the room. Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room though. I did not appreciate Hotels.com advising that in my itinerary that parking was free when in fact it was 18€ per day, (total of 54€), payable to the hotel at the end of our stay. This was with the pass that we requested when booking. i expect a communication from Hotels.com advising a refund will be issued.
