Nice apartment, not too much renovated but very convenient and close to everything.

This property is atrocious. Two bedroom windows don't have curtains. One window does not close. The fridge leaks fluid. There is mould everywhere. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed 4 nights for our family of 6. The apartment was spacious if not a bit oddly spaced out. There were 4 nicely decorated bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms which was ample for our family, no balcony. A/C only really cooled the back area of the apartment- kitchen, living room and one bedroom because of the location of the unit but none of the front rooms which became really hot esp at night (they provided fans in each room which helped a teeny bit). For better guest experiences I would suggest an extra roll of paper towels, and to provide a kitchen towel. There should also be hooks for bath and hand towels in the bathrooms to make it more convenient. A broom with a dustpan would have been appreciated as well for cleaning up crumbs, etc. as well as provide a couple of laundry pods for the washing machine. There is no separate dining table but more bar stools around the kitchen counter, it was a bit tight but we managed. Location was good and though 10 mins walking to super busy Sagrada Familia area, the neighborhood itself was not in a touristy area. There was a park nearby which was appreciated by the kids and we loved the proximity of a couple of Mercadona grocery stores which was great for getting daily provisions as well as resorts and bakeries. It is not really near a metro but we took the bus which was 2 mins away from the apartment and took us to main areas. Felt relatively safe. Walls were thin and it was important to keep noise down after 10pm.

O apartamento estava limpo, as fotos correspondem bem. Camas, toalhas e chuveiros bem confortáveis. As instruções para abertura do apto estavam confusas e quando é preciso uma comunicação, a resposta demora muito. Porem o apartamento é bem localizado e confortável.

A la propiedad le falta aseo sobre todo el baño (el piso se siente mugroso) y en general el departamento percibe un olor a encierro.

In der Dusche war Schimmel überstrichen. Der Duschvorhang hatte diverse komische Flecken. Auch der Küche mit Sofa sah so düster und runtergekommen aus. Man wollte nicht lange in der Wohnung bleiben. Jedoch waren die Betten bequem und sauber, deshalb drei Sterne.

The place didn’t really look like the photos and the host didn’t even give us information/a code to enter the building. other guests gave it to us. no communication with host

They were incredibly kind and helpful. Our flight came in so early and we were able to check to our apartment earlier than expected. The apartment was spacious and charming. The location was ideal. We were close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Apartment was spacious and had everything we need for a family of 5. I was very happy to see that there were 2 full bathrooms and an excellent washing machine. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after busy days of seeing the sites. Communication from the property was excellent and we they let us have an early check in too! Overall it was fantastic.

We had a good time staying in this apartment.It is indeed spacious that accommodated the family of 7.It is a walking distance to Sagrada familia and public transport is accessible.

Really nice property - clean and comfortable, in a nice location.

We thought our booking was located in Eixample area close to a wedding venue we intended to go to but not as per searched apartment so the travel was 30 mins. away by taxi. We were happy with having 7 twin beds suited for our big family but has only one air conditioning located in the living room only which made it so hard to sleep in the evening for it's been extremely hot everyday during our vacation in Barcelona. Had communicated with the property staff through WhatsApp regarding awful smell in one of the bathrooms where the cleaning mops, etc. were kept, tv not working for it wouldn't update as per instruction on the screen, actual hallway across elevator where our apartment door entrance area is inside the building needed fix for lights were out for it's so dark most specially in the evening whenever we wanted to go back to our rented space and we didn't get enough supply of toilet papers and garbage bags for our 7 nights and 8 days of stay as per request. With all those problems, nothing was completed. Had been so busy with the wedding happening that didn't get a chance to glance at the WhatsApp again to check for messages from the property staff not until our check-out day. It was pricey, place & furnitures (outdated) need to be upgraded & we expected more but was disappointed. We could have just stayed to a hotel where our other relatives stayed which charges lesser per night with a/c, cleaner and in downtown area closer to everything & cheaper than airbnb.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut – alles Wichtige war schnell erreichbar, und auch die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das hilfsbereite Personal, das stets schnell auf Anfragen reagiert hat. Die Ausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Allerdings gab es auch einige Schwächen in der Sauberkeit: In Teilen des Zimmers war Staub zu finden, auf der Fernbedienung waren deutliche Verschmutzungen sichtbar, und die Bettwäsche wies leichte Flecken auf. Das Bett selbst war zwar in Ordnung, hat jedoch bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Die Aussicht war leider nicht gegeben – aus den Fenstern blickte man direkt auf eine Hauswand. Es gab zwar eine Dachterrasse, die war jedoch nicht zugänglich, da die Tür verschlossen war. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung und der Zugänglichkeit der Terrasse wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Περίμενα να βρω ένα μοντέρνο χώρο όπως έδειχναν οι περισσότερες φωτογραφίες στο site, αλλά στην πραγματικότητα ήταν ένα παλιό διαμέρισμα με παλιά και φτηνά έπιπλα. Δεν παρείχαν τίποτα ούτε καν σαπούνι στο μπάνιο. Το μπάνιο ήταν γεμάτο μουχλα. Τα παντζούρια στα παράθυρα χαλασμένα. Η καθαριότητα όχι και τόσο καλη, ανάμεσα από τα μαξιλάρια του καναπέ μπορούσες να βρεις τα πάντα, από κομμάτια φαγητού μέχρι κομμένα νύχια. Καθόλου ηχομόνωση, μερικές ώρες νόμιζες ότι οι γείτονες μπήκαν μέσα στο σπίτι. Τέλος το σπίτι είναι αρκετά ζεστό ακόμα και την εποχή που πήγαμε και υπάρχει μόνο ένα κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι οπότε το καλοκαίρι φαντάζομαι ότι θα υποφέρει οποίος μένει εκεί. Κατά τα άλλα η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για τους τουρίστες και η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών εξαιρετική.

the property needs massive professional cleaning, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. it is conveniently located with lots of restaurants and shops and taxi. the lights can be made a bit brighter

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien placé à Barcelone, proche du métro et de la sagrada familia.

The apartment was near touristic attraction and it was easy to reach by public transportation. It was clean and practical. Staff also helpful.
