We really liked our stay. Rooms were clean, well maintained. Utilities were modern and new. Do not bring hair dryer as they have it even though it is not advertised online. Friday and Saturdays are pretty loud at downstairs clubs/pubs overnight so be ready. The Italian cafe downstairs serve good coffee. I used Bex Hotel’s gym which was small but did the job. Hotel’s rooftop was excellent with harbour view.

Perfect apartment for my work trip. Good location, easy check in/ out, comfortable and well equipped.

Fräsch och ren lägenhet, bra storlek. Och utmärkt placering. Negativa: Vi visste inte att man var tvungen att checka in på Bex design hotellet som låg bredvid, dålig info om detta. Bad även om ett tyst rum, det var allt annat än tyst. Kunde inte sova alls, man hör all trafik, de turas, sopor hämtas precis utanför fönstret, folk pratar högt man hör alla grannar. Absolut inte för den känsliga personen som ej klarar av ljud på natten.

Todo muy bien ! Para mejorar: sería bueno que dejaseis una pastilla (o jabon) para lavar la ropa en el lavarropas

Está todo increíblemente nuevo, gran apartamento de dos habitaciones con dos baños.

The property was very dirty, the bathroom had no soap, the shower stalls had mold, it looks like they barely cleaned it. The door knob fell off. The AC didn't work, the property is on a very very busy loud street. Since the AC did not work, I had to leave the windows open at night. Stay away from this place, it felt like prison compound.

Bra och fräsch lägenhet, verkar relativt ny, välstädad då vi anländer, duschen tenderar dock till att samla på sig ofräschhet i nederkant. Vänligt bemötande av de flesta i reception samt övrig personal. En kvinna i receptionen hade dock behövt gå en kurs i trevligt bemötande.

On first impression, the Hotel & Apartment was an absolute 5 star. There were a few simple things that could have been checked within the apartment to make it the best. 1. The bathroom door lock did not function, this was a little awkward for us & our friends. 2. The Bathroom mixer tap requires attention. It was wobbly and needed 2 hands to operate. A simply tightening under the sink by their technician. 3. The previous visitor to our room had lots of long black hair. This was obvious as there was a mass in in the bedroom and hairs were also noticed in the shower area. 4. The 1st night the boiler was exceptionally noisy. The next morning after our showers, the boiler died. It was reported to reception and was fixed by our return. Probably a boiler reset but the noise was still apparent the next night. 5. Many of the cupboard doors dragged on the floor. Again something simply fixed. 6. There is only ONE mirror in the whole of the 2 bedroom apartment. It's in the bathroom. Nothing in the bedrooms. 7. I was very surprised there was no safe in the apartment but it is not stated on the website. The roof terrace, bar and glass walkways are amazing. The inventory of the apartment is also, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air con, fridge/freezer are 100% but more attention is required on the smaller things.

I stayed here before but in the block beside the hotel and it was fantastic with everything you could possibly need to self cater. I assumed that it would be the same this time but no! Absolutely no ovenware, no knives apart from a bread knife, in fact nothing useful whatsoever to prepare and cook a meal. The shower was an absolute nightmare and needs replacing. Completely useless and flooded everywhere as the door has been installed incorrectly! I was going to complain but then I read the reviews & this has been a problem for years which they are aware of but chose not to address. The only solution is to pad the whole room with all the towels provided and then put them in the dryer every single day for hours which must be costing them a fortune and not environmentally friendly!! It would cost less to put in decent working showers. Apart from that everything else was okay and I would go back if they sorted out these problems.

Nice apparment close to everything, 10min walk to the beach. Very tidy and nice condition of the appartment. Breakfast available in the BEX hotel on the otherside of the road. Will come back for sure!

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage für Ausflüge. Strand und Hafen gut erreichbar. In der Unterkunft gibt es eine Waschmaschine, allerdings keinen Trockner und keinen Wäscheständer. Frühstück welches im Bex Hotel gegenüber für 15,00 Euro angeboten wird ist recht übersichtlich. Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt gelungen.

It was a good place to stay. Sentral place in case of the beach and restaurants all over. The equipment in the kitchen was very simple. The frying pan was very little to make dinner.

Lovely 2 bed apartment, 1 of which was ensuite. Good location with the bus station just around the corner and beach not far away.

Great apartment within walking distances if the beach, shopping and transport. The apartment was also well stocked and had a washer and dryer, two bathrooms (one en-suite), and a large lounge with TV. The building was clean and felt safe.

Very convenient location close to restaurants, beach, bus station, shopping etc. Only found small convenience stores/kiosks close by, but got everything needed to make simple breakfast etc. Well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, washing machine, etc. Instructions for check-in not provided in advance. Had to call an international call to get the info (should be provide in advance in my opinion). Bathroom floor gets wet/flooding from using the shower and doesn't dry. Cleaniness was average.

The apartment was really nice, had all the amenities needed. The bed was absolutely amazing, sturdy memory foam mattress and pillow too. There was also metal shutters which when closed blocked all the light out. We slept so well!!! We did have an issue with a couple of the doors where the brackets were coming off but they fixed them really quickly. As the hotel is right in the centre of the main town and next to a busy one way street it was a bit noisy, even with the shutters but it didn’t really disturb us tbh. The beach is walking distance and there are loads of supermarkets close by, and the harbour where the cruise ships come in is again walking distance to have a look. One thing which was difficult was parking on our first arrival. We turned up around 4pm and the traffic was chaotic, many one way streets and no parking anywhere! We opted to park in a multi storey closest to the apartment above a casino which was a great choice as there was a deal for residents to park there during their stay. Still had to pay but great to know where we could go without any stress. The only problem we had was on arrival where we were not informed of how to check in. There is a Bex Hotel across the main road which is part of the same company. You have to go to reception to check in there. If only this had been advised to us before arriving as well as the parking as we couldn’t have faulted anything else. Recommended!
