Everything about this hotel is delightful. The layout the ambience the size of the rooms and the staff. I was disturbed by some fellow noisy guests and was moved to a different room. I enjoyed the stay so much I booked additional nights.

The is a fabulousl hotel! The location is a quiet street in the old town, but less than 5 minutes by foot to restaurants, bars and shops. The undoubted highlight is the staff. They were all outstanding. We will certainly stay there again.

Casa Ladico is in a fantastic location in the centre, great restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. The room was large, with a separate dressing room but on the ground floor by the main door it was noisy (Room 1). The first staff member to arrive each day crashed about and you could hear breakfast and reception clearly. The room was also a little rough around the edges, the shower control leaks, one of the floorboards has dropped and is annoying when you stub your toe, the door lock doesn't work properly and the Aircon is stuck on freezing even though the control says otherwise. Reception organised easy car hire that came to us and there is free parking (white bays) about 500m away at Aparcament Sinia des Cuc with loads of spaces. We'd definitely stay here again but it is more of a 4 star than a 5 star experience.

Beautiful hotel near the town square, lots of nearby restaurants, shops and just a few minutes walk to the port. The location is central but doesn’t feel like it as it’s on a very quiet street. Overall, great hotel in a very nice location.

The location is fantastic, the rooms modern and very comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful and breakfast in the garden a pleasure. If had to say anything slightly negative it would be the limited availability of a reception after hours but would definitely recommend and will go again.

A real oasis of serenity in the middle of Mahon, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is furnished to a very high standard, the rooms have high end toiletries and we felt it was excellent value for money. Minor complaint was the noise at night but a city centre hotel can’t do much about that. Would definitely be our go to place if we ever come back to Mahón.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location. Tea and coffee would have been good to have in the rooms, rather than having to go downstairs to make it. There is a kettle in the room but that’s it, odd?

Amazing boutique hotel in a central location. Really clean and well presented. Service impeccable and welcoming. Complimentary mini bar in the room was an added bonus. The outside area was really nice and imagine it would be lovely to use when a little warmer! If we had to provide a small negative, it was a shame that the use of the spa wasn’t included in the price. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great boutique hotel. Service very good from very pleasant staff. Nice touches with free mini-bar and coffee. Honesty bar was excellent. Good location for everything in Mahón with a string of very good restaurants just around the corner. Only negatives were a very warm room and noisy from the street on Fri/Sat nights. We would definitely stay here again.

All staff are exceptional. You only get the real measure of a place when things go wrong and for me, it was an unexpected hospital stay. The hotel staff were so kind, caring and helpful in every way. They went above and beyond, extending our stay, sending food over to the hospital and generally looking after both myself and my husband.
We would love to come back and spend some more time here once I'm better.
