My experience with this hotel was not as pleasant as everyone else is saying in the reviews . Location is okay . The room was relatively clean but the furniture is worn out and there were small ants and insects going around in the room not sure where they came from. Also there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom , there was a plumbing problem in the bathroom. It’s a mediocre apartment hotel. The checkout was at 11 am which is considered early but there’s no service of storing the luggage for us ! If I’m checking out early at least provide a place for the luggage to be stored meanwhile . It wasn’t convenient as I was stuck with my luggage and my flight is still 5 hours away. They suggested a locker for us that’s on the same street and they provided a discount code which only deducted 2 Euros ! Really ! I would not stay here again nor recommend it .

Beautiful building and the location was good. However, our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment was very noisy. One of the bedrooms faced the street so you could hear the cars, ambulances, and people talking outside, so my husband and I got woken up multiple times per night. The other bedroom faced the inner courtyard which got noisy when people entered and took the elevator. Our 2 year old daughter woke up multiple times, even through her sleep machine.

Well laid out apartment. Very clean. Great location. Nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour 😊 La cuisine bien équipée est un plus pour profiter de l'appartement le soir après une longue journée. Le personnel est très disponible par WhatsApp. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pieds. Très beau standing. Merci beaucoup !

Muy bonita

This is an excellent location for Seville. It is about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral and alcazar from here, but very pleasurable and it was quiet at night despite being near a main road. The communication with the staff was excellent and they were very responsive to all of our inquiries. The area is close to a grocery store which was helpful for grabbing a few things for breakfast. Water and cava was provided and it was nice to have a little more room to spread out. Overall, I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Seville.

The location was nice, but quite a few homeless people 50 meters away from the building. The building itself was nice and fresh with new flowers. The floor was very dirty when we arrived, but they came back and cleaned it the day after. The host is quick to respond. Was hoping there was a nice terrace with a jacuzzi that I saw on some pictures but that was only for the penthouse in the building apparently. The room was quite small and not perfect for a family, even if the sofa bed did the required job. The bathroom was quite nice, but too little space for toiletries. They offered a good amount of towels. They were rather strict with check in time but quite flexible with check out time which was a plus. Parking was quite complicated because the garage suggested didn’t work with the QR code - despite being prepaid. So wasted a lot of time on that plus managing to get the car into one of the very other spots left. For a couple I think it would be suitable but not optimal for a family.

This place was wonderful. It had everything h we needed, a great location and a beautiful comfortable suite. The staff was so accommodating by reserving us a taxi and giving us recommendations.

Very good room and location. The only little thong is that the shower temperature was fluctuating a little bit, everything was excellent. They are offering a bottle of sparkling and two glasses of champagne on their rooftop bar so that was really appreciated.

Clean facilities and fast response from host. I strongly recommend this place.

Apartment as described. Very clean. Small but well equipped kitchen. Location good - a few minutes walk from Las Setas, plenty of places to eat and an Aldi just down the road if you fancy doing some self catering.

Very clean, excellent location. Very quiet despite being so central. We had the studio which suited a young family well.

The facility location was great in the old town. Lots to do around and lots of great restaurants. We were a family of four sent in a 1st floor apartment with a shower that was very badly damaged and the tile angle was very bad with a clogged drain so we were not able to take showers and not flooding the hole appartement. We asked to change unit within few minutes they were very concerned and happy to help. We when to the only unit left available but we unfortunately had to pay extra euros for the upgrade which we did. The new apartment was really beautiful but guess what, the shower drain was also completely blocked but this one had a little bit of a lid to make the water stay inside… We also mentioned that but it stayed clogged the hole term. They did an amazing job repairing the spa within hours so we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi on the roof and this was truly an amazing experience!

Great location, room true to photos. Host was easily contactable by WhatsApp which was excellent as we were able to quickly ask if our room was ready pre-check in time and it was. The bed had three different types of pillows which I was impressed with. Cot for our baby was clean and ample linen provided. Would recommend.

L'établissement est absolument parfaitement situé. Nous avons pu pleinement profiter de la ville et retourner à la chambre occasionnellement dans la journée. C’est très propre et charmant. Le seul point négatif qu'on juge important de mentionner : le confort des lits et des oreillers laisse à désirer. Le divan-lit n’a pas de vrai matelas, il s’agit d’un sur-matelas seulement. Comme nous étions là seulement 2 nuits et que notre garçon a 3 ans (ce qui fait que le mini matelas du divan lit est moins problématique), ce n'était pas trop grave. On le mentionne surtout pour ceux qui envisageraient un plus long séjour. Nous recommanderions cet établissement sans hésiter!

Lovely apartment in a great location

This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a "hotel" that has no one onsite. While very close to a park and commercial corner, it is a residential, local area. We found some neighborhood bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We had no issues with noise from outside or from within the building itself (other guests were respectful/quiet). Bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I would stay here again unless I wanted a different location, although we did enjoy several aspects of this neighborhood. Our only glitch was they booked a taxi for our 6:00 departure to the airport and sent the taxi to an incorrect location. Luckily my husband speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with the driver to clarify where we were. Overall it was a good experience and a good stay.
