Very accommodating and friendly staff! Loved all of the extra touches throughout the room. They even offered to keep our champagne in the fridge and ice it for us when we returned in the evening. Great location, very comfortable beds and the shower was great, overall the room was very clean!

Things that were great: location, breakfast Things not to great: lighting in bathroom really low (magnifying mirror but too dark to use it), no dresser for unpacking.

Quarto limpo, atendimento bom, café da manhã muito, localização é a melhor, porém hotel como vários por ali não tem elevador e o hotel não dispõe de funcionários para lhe ajudar e ainda a recepção fica no segundo andar, dificuldade até para pegar as primeiras informações e saber por qual porta entra.

10/10 recommend staying at this super centrally located hotel! Everything was walkable, felt super safe, staff went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable! BOOK IT

This hotel is in the perfect location set in the beautiful El Born area with great restaurants and shops but still quiet and relaxing. The hotel has a cool vibe with interesting design. Spacious rooms. Friendly reception staff. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there. They must have noticed while checking our passports. We came back to our room to balloons, a small cake and a couple of small bottles of wine/fizz. A really thoughtful gesture. We will return to see more of Barcelona :)

I loved this hotel and will stay here again the next time I’m in Barcelona. The theme of the hotel is unique and so cool. Very spacious room and great location. The staff was fantastic as well and explained everything thoroughly. I especially liked that each floor has fresh water available and a coffee machine - all complementary. I was also surprised by the small bottle of wine and tote bag that was in my room when I checked in. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. It is a typical tourist hotel. Hotel is a bit a-tipical but therefore different and good choice to start your BCN city trip. It is not a business hotel. I visited BCN for business and I enjoyed the hotel but there is too less work space.

I loved this spot! It was in the middle of where we needed to be! Easy check-in, good service! Loved the moody rooms. Was gifted a tote bag and a lollipop! Came in handy. The bar/restaurant was also catchy. Also our room felt and looked clean!

I absolutely loved this hotel. Location was excellent. It had a really cool vibe.

This was the perfect boutique hotel in a very nice location within walking distance to the beach and the metro. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and even allowed me to checkin earlier than the stated time. The rooms was very nice and comfy with a cuban vibe and AC that kept my room amazingly cool. I especially liked the water stations on each floor with sparkling water on tap and candy jars restocked daily full of gummies. The breakfast buffet was the best one I've experienced in any boutique hotel in Europe. It had just about everything you can think of for breakfast and then some. I would definitely stay here again when visiting barcelona!

I would NOT recommend staying here. Money was stolen from my backpack during my stay, so I did not feel my belongings were safe. If you decide to stay here, do not leave any valuables in your room. Learn from my experience. The area is also extremely noisy throughout the night, with people throwing and smashing glass bottles and constant noise from the surrounding buildings, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, hotels in Spain have legal obligations regarding the safety of their guests and, responsibility for guests' belongings. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.
