Avisamos da chegada tardia, porém ficamos perdidos na chegada. Não havia ninguém para nos atender e estávamos cansados e sem orientação. Foi desgastante.

This is a charming small B&B located on the second floor of an historic building that is now primarily occupied by offices. It was an excellent home base for us during the recent heatwave. Beautiful atmospheric space with all mod cons. Superhigh ceilings, spacious dimensions, terrace over looking a leafy courtyard, excellent A/C, bed, shower. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Public spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and in/near great neighborhoods (Eixample, Gracia).

I loved the property. Everything was perfect for me. The location, the room was beautiful and very clean. The rest of the hotel was attractive as well. But, most of all the manager was welcoming, informative and helpful in every way.

It’s like being a guest of a gentile family on the famous Paaseig de Gracia.

One of the prettiest hotels we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Booked the terraced room, amazing rays of sun light dashing into the room in the morning hours, very relaxed and calming. High ceiling with decorations looked beautiful along with the draping curtains and the thoughtful light fixtures. The wooden chairs and table are a thoughtful touch to the interior, not to mention the fascinating and colorful tile patterns.
AND THE AC WORKS!!!
The staffs were some of the most attentive hospitality people we have met. Welcoming and kind from the moment they greeted us, the breakfast is small but thoughtful and delicious, there are countless small details being considered by the team and the cleaning staff seemed to have a healthy obsession with tidiness, which is very much welcomed by us.
Highly recommend stay at the hotel, would definitely be visiting again!!

The hotel and room was very cute. The location was great… it is very walkable and next to a lot of shops and transportation. The breakfast had a good spread of items and coffee/tea is always available. The staff was helpful/friendly. I would stay here again.

We had a nice stay. We had a room with terrace where we every morning could enjoy lovely breakfast. We recommend room with terrace. I suspect the other rooms to be very dark.
It´s a very calm and quiet hotel. A bit hard to find the entrance and old fashioned keys. The staff were friendly. But be aware that there is very bad soundproofing between different rooms and corridor. We also had incident with loud music from bar during the night (00-03). The recepiont is only open from 8-16 so we had to speak with the bar. We let the hotel know the next day, and they were sorry about it. Not their fault, but I kind of expected some sort of compensation.
