The apartment exceeded our expectations, and the communication with the management team was consistently prompt and efficient. Although there was no on-site front desk staff, communicating with the team via WhatsApp was convenient, and they were always responsive. The process of picking up the fob keys from another location a few blocks away was hassle-free.
The apartment itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer, dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room/dining room area. With shuttered windows, the rooms could be easily darkened for a late sleep, ensuring a peaceful environment indoors. We felt secure and comfortable throughout our stay. The thoughtful touch of a welcome basket containing olive oil, salt, and a plastic duckie added to the warm hospitality.
The location of the apartment was excellent, within close proximity to Plaza de Cataluna, Paseo de Gracia, Rambla de Cataluna, and the historic city center, allowing us to explore the city on foot. Convenience stores were conveniently nearby, and a Carrefour supermarket was only a short walk away.
As a mother traveling with my three daughters, ranging from a child to teenagers, our stay was nothing short of magical. Barcelona is a remarkable city, and this apartment served as the perfect home base. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here and for the support provided by the accommodating team.

We decided to stay here on a work trip for ISE Expo.
The apartment was a delight and was located in the perfect spot for transport, close to La Rambla, Boutique shopping and more.
Note the hardest part of the experience is that you need to pick up the keys on check in from their office located at Plaça Urquinaona 6, 19th floor. The apartment is located a short 10-15 minute walk away.
On check out you just leave the keys in the apartment and go.
Cleaning is done several times during your stay (depending on how long you stay).
Communications is via whatsapp. They even organised airport transfer for us! Shaun, Marc, Mario and the team at EnjoyBCN provided excellent service. Will definately stay again. 5 stars!

Couldn't find the apartment when googling address. Found out thru expedia messenger that the key was at a different location than the apartment. Washer dryer instructions were terrible which is the whole reason we booked the location. Would've been better off going to laundromat and regular hotel.

Fed lejlighed, alt var rigtigt godt, men der manglede varmt vand i 3 ud af 5 badeværelser. Selv om vi fik kontakt til receptionen og fik en tekniker ud, lykkedes det ikke at få varmt vand på de to store soverums badeværelser. Desuden var der heller ikke varmt vand i køkkenet.

Rooms are tired. Our second bedroom was depressing. No window except on a building shaft. Clean enough. Kitchen was spotless but I got tell you, we packed with the knowledge that we’d have A washer dryer. Big drag. The unit doesn’t work and floods so often that the floor is destroyed. Fix it, for crissakes. The living areas are absolutely uninviting. Not like any apartment I’d ever wanna be in. But hey it’s Barcelona. What are you doing inside???

Cuando el cliente que se iba a alojar , llegó, se encontró con un fuerte olor a cloaca que afectó gravemente la calidad de lo que esperábamos. Aunque informamos al administrador, este admitió estar al tanto de la situación, atribuyéndola a la lluvia en la ciudad y sugiriendo soluciones insatisfactorias como abrir los grifos o usar ambientadores.
La experiencia resultó en la salida anticipada de nuestro CEO y en la molestia de buscar una alternativa en fechas tan críticas como las del MWC, el mismo día y a última hora. Mandamos un mail de reclamación a la empresa que por educación no voy a reproducir pero desde luego NO lo recomiendo y no por el apartamento en sí, sino por la PÉSIMA gestión que tienen.

We enjoyed our stay. Our biggest issues were having to drop our luggage at a different location and then come back later to pick them up to then walk all our luggage to our apartment. Also, the toilet of one of our bathrooms smelled really bad but that might be a city wide issue. We liked how big the apartment was and it was nice to have two bathrooms. It’s a great location central to everything.

The apartment was very large and very comfortable to stay. The hotel staff was very quick to respond and resolve all the facility issues. Mixed feelings about this property. Good location. Walkable to many tourists sights and tons of restaurants.
The apartment we stayed in was in a building with other apartments, offices. Unit showing some age with peeling paint on ceilings. Dust underneath the furniture. The living room was great size. Kitchen with refrigerator.
The master bedroom had enough space but the second bedroom had a bunk bed which would probably have been okay for kids between 5-12 but too small for two teenagers. The second bathroom was tiny even a normal size person could just fit into the shower.
The washer/dryer was very helpful.
Check in process with picking up key in another central location is somewhat painful. We came from the train and had my family wait in the street for 20 minutes while I walked there and back to get the key. Okay during day and nice weather but had it been otherwise....
Should be a better way. Another place we stayed had a keypad lock on door and they would email you the new code.

Meget venlig modtagelse ved nøgleudlevering og fantastisk beliggenhed af lejligheden
Da vi ankom stod der en pose med beskidt vasketøj fra de sidste beboere, og det ene toilet mildest talt løb. Der gik godt et døgn før det toilet kunne bruges ( utroligt at rengøringen har forladt lejligheden uden at få det ordnet)
