I stayed in a standard room with terrace. The photos show a bistro set on the terrace. This had nothing and was more of a balcony than terrace. There was no way a bistro set was fitting on it!
The rooms are advertised as being soundproofed. They absolutely aren't. I could hear everything in my neighbours room.
The room and bathroom are looking a bit tired and ready for a refresh and there were no bathrobes. They’re advertised as bright rooms but the walls are brown .. rather oppressive. The aircon seems to be centrally controlled by reception.
Otherwise, it’s generally a pleasant hotel.

Aparcamiento muy limitado por la zona. No había persianas y se oía muchísimo la calle, así que el descanso, regular. La localización nos fue conveniente pero según lo que vayas a hacer en Bilbao igual no te sirve. La habitación correcta, un poco antigua, pero bien.

The only thing was the air conditioning that doesn’t cool at a comfortable temperature.. i was warm everyday and in a 3 hours later i can fall asleep ..

Ca.15 Min zu Fuß vom Guggenheim Museum entfernt. Schade, dass ich nur 1 Nacht hier reserviert habe. Absolut empfehlenswert!
