Me encantó el que sea un edificio histórico. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Amabilidad del personal.

La atención muy bien el lugar lindisimo pero hay 2 cosas fundamentales que son un fallo 1-EL INTERNET NO EXISTE, IMPOSIBLE NONECTARTE NI EN LA HABITACIÓN NI EN LA RECEPCIÓN. 2- EL ELEVADOR NO FUNCIONA, NO HAY QUIEN TE CARGUE LAS MALETAS ASÍ ES QUE HAY QUE NOS TOCÓ SUBIR Y BAJAR EL EAYIPAJE NOSOTROS SOLOS DURANTE NUESTRA ESTADÍA. Me encantó el lugar pero para las personas que a pesar de estar de vacaciones necesitan hacer trabajos remotos no es el lugar.

Very disappointed to arrive at the property and there was no food or even bar service available. I booked this for my husbands birthday and had a very stressful time trying to find a place on a Sunday afternoon to have a meal. No one could accommodate us.

El edificio del hotel es una maravilla , el servicio y atención del personal fue de 10 , la pena es que la cadena hotelera no da el 100% para sus clientes y no da medios al personal para solucionar los problemas . Ni siquiera hay un director al que dirigirte en el establecimiento ...

This is one of the most beautiful historical sites in this area of Ourense and the perfect place to have a nice relaxing time in the middle of a great forest and near a very nice town.

The property is beautiful the Landscaping is beautiful the views are beautiful I don't doubt then maybe during the season it is a special place to stay. But for the amount of money I paid I had a terrible experience. Number one we get there and they tell us they don't have a room that way that we requested, instead of two beds we get one bed and instead of the tub we get a stand up shower. I specifically wanted a room with two beds in a tub that's why they selected I pay more for it. Then we come to find out that the restaurant on site close at night okay no big deal we drove 15-20 minutes to the city to eat. Then we went to use the spa. It says there that they have a sauna and like a pool with Whirlpool I'm assuming is a Jacuzzi. But it was closed even though it says it's supposed to be open Monday through Sunday it was closed until Wednesday. So to recap we pay extra for a room that we didn't get, we specifically book their so we can use the spa. At the end I pay $170 and I could not use anyting on the facilities that I wanted to I could have gone to the hotel or the city pay $35 and had the same experience on the good positive site the breakfast next morning was wonderful and the lady serving the breakfast was amazing funny Happy great humor

El hotel es muy bonito pero le falta personal

Great hotel with potential, however, it is not really a four star hotel. The building is impressive and amazing, but the furnishing is inappropriate and the hotel staff deficient. It needs lots of improvement

É inaceitável que o WiFi do hotel praticamente não funcione e que se tenha que esperar para tomar o pequeno-almoço porque a sala é pequena.

Mediocre & misleading! I have lodged an official complaint form- which says everything! Friendly staff stimied by a hotel with zero facilities/services and poor management !

El hotel está muy bueno. En muy buenas condiciones y es realmente impactante. Realicé el viaje con dos amigas y tiene poca actividad nocturna (hay un solo bar en la entrada). Creo que se lo recomendaria a personas que van en pareja y quieran disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la zona.

Hemos estado varias veces y siempre ha sido una estancia muy agradable en un entorno formidable y muy bien atendido. Nos encantó la tranquilidad.

Off the main tourist trail, at least for Americans, but this place is spectacular! In quiet village west of Orense, in beautiful hills surrounded by vineyards and chirping birds. Room was huge, with extremely high ceilings, balcony that overlooked the plaza and the mountains and vineyards. Super peaceful and inviting. Front desk staff extremely helpful, nice packet of local sites to explore, grounds and gardens beautiful. Hotel's restaurant has adequate breakfast (ham, chorizo, cheese, fresh fruit, croissants) excellent wine selection and dinner menu. But it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. There is a tavern in the plaza that is open, with delicious food, though. And there is a new restaurant, La Carpinteria, just down the hill in the town of Leiro. Food there is amazing, one of the best meals ever. In general, the food is delicious in Galicia, fresh fruits and seafood everywhere. And the surrounding area has beautiful scenery, the wineries of Ribeira are welcoming of visitors, though not in an overly commercialized way. They are family businesses and it is a breath of fresh air being there. Roman ruins abound, several churches from the Middle Ages, rural living. It's a magical place.

No word about it on the website, also not on your website, but upon arrival it was being said that the swimmingpool would open first the day after, no matter that it was 37 degrees outside; "we should then stay inside to keep cool". Only for the combination of Monastery-experience and swimmingpool we decided to take a detour about 150km's inland (one way), leaving the coast. We left early so we could enjoy the atmosphere, a dip in the swimmingpool etc. And then this; to me the fact that such things are not mentions is at the least very close to scam! I made a note never ever book with this hotel-chain again. Besides that we have started to call hotels now about whether everything they write is true (emailing doesn't function in a short notice of between a few hours or two days), or first driving to it to check and then book a room. This however is actually offsetting the benefits of having websites like hotels.com

La habitación era amplia y un buen baño, el hotel es bonito, lo único que en el corredor hace algo de frio comparado con la habitación, un lugar tranquilo y recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones, con buenas comunicaciones.

PARA SER UN HOTEL 4 ESTRELLAS LE FALTA ATENCION, LA RECEPCION HORROROSA, EL DESAYUNO FATAL, LA ATENCION DE LA PERSONA QUE ATENDIO EN EL DESAYUNO SUPERFATAL. LO QUE REALMENTE VALE LA PENA ES EL HORPEDARSE EN UN AUTENTICO MONATERIO DE LA EDAD MEDIA.
