After a very long day hiking the Camino I discovered I had made a mistake with our booking. Raquel at reception was incredibly helpful and did an amazing job of sorting it all out while we had a beer on the terrace!

Really nice hotel, well situated. Lovely terrace overlooking the river. Only issue was we couldn't get a double bed so had to have 2 singles but we had an amazing view so that compensated.

The location is perfect with a beautiful view,, near by a public parking, walkable to the city center, the front desk are amazing and so sweet, the room and the bathroom is huge, but it’s 3 stars hotel with no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby, I notice a bad smell in the bathroom but it’s was one night

Property located in a beautiful place looking over the water. No air conditioning in room. We have to keep the windows open and was too noisy and difficult to sleepdue to the light from outside. First room was without windows or air conditioning. We paid extra for an update. Staff notified us that property will be close in few weeks.I asumed not too many guests were there that night and we paid more for another room.

Schönes sauberes Hotel mit höflichen Personal. Restaurant kann ich auch empfehlen. Ich verstehe nur nicht warum in einem 4.Sterne Hotel es nicht möglich ist Gläser hin zustellen aus Glas? Stattdessen gab es 2 Plastikbecher die nochmal in Plastik Tüten verpackt sind....Umweltfreundlich geht anders.
