Hotel práctico cerca de la playa y de un centro comercial con algunas tiendas y lugares para comer. Imprescindible coche. Habitación amplia. Algunos desperfectos estéticos y humedad. Bastante bien en general.

Ar condicionado não funcionava. Disseram que era primavera e estava desligado. Se estivesse com calor era pra abrir a janela. Absurdo!

El hotel seguro que ha conocido tiempos mejores, hay una falta palpable de mantenimiento, los baños con humedades y la pintura descascarillada, los focos del techo descolgados, las paredes de la habitación necesitan una mano de pintura, vamos que le vendría bien un lavado de cara. En cuanto al personal su trato fue excelente y la valoración del desayuno también es buena. Pero la nota global no es buena por el estado de conservación de la habitación,

El hotel es lejos del aeropuerto y de todo, es viejo, las habitaciones huelen a cigarrillo y están viejas, las toallas viejas, el servicio de recepción tosco, parece motel de carretera. Horrible!

We booked two double rooms for three nights. We stayed at this same hotel the year before, without any problems. The facilities and rooms need some maintenance, but the decline the last 12 months have been very noticeable. The cleaning (or lack of it) was the worst. The first two rooms we were offered had 1) a large stain on the bedsheet and 2) both rooms had filthy bathrooms and generally a lot of hair on the floors, both in the bathroom and in the bedrooms. When we complained we were offered two new rooms, one of which was not cleaned after the previous guest, the other had hairs on the floor and an absolutely disgusting shower/bathtub. We were then offered two new rooms (5th and 6th attempt of presenting a somewhat clean room.) These rooms also had hair on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. One of them had a bad odor. The hallways and elevators also were noticeable dirt with a lot of dust. Needless to say we gave up and checked out the next morning. The night manager tried to help us, but the day manager refused to answer hotels.com when they repeatedly tried to contact the hotel by phone and e-mail. (I stood in the reception with no other guests present, while she refused to answer the call from hotels.com.) I have never before needed to complain over a hotel room, and I stay in a lot of hotels both for work and vacation. Stay away from this place, regardless of price. The only positive I can say is that the staff at hotels.com were excellent and helped me a lot.

La cafeteria n etait pas ouverte,obligé d aller diner a l extérieur. Ce matin la machine a café ne marchait pas,café fait dans un thermo vraiment pas bon. A part ça le reste est correct.

Room was clean, breakfast was great, however staff acted very strange when we asked why the phone lines were not turned on. they explained they turned off the lines due to a chaotic environment, which prevented me from being able to reach them when I couldn’t make my reservation that day. Rooms need to be updated and repaired due to small scuffings. Not the best I’ve stayed at.

Habitación bastante sucia. Óxidos en la agarradera de la bañera, moho en la silicona de la ducha, antiguos colgadores de las otras mangueras de duchas anteriores, puerta de la habitación 402 que no cierra el cerrojo. Respecto a l recepcionista que me atendió una prepotente y con muy poca educación. Muy mal todo la verdad

La habitación estaba perfecta, todo limpio, la cama era muy cómoda El único aspecto negativo es que no haya enchufes en la mesilla de noche

Excelente, lo major el staff de limpieza y de recepción muy amables y atentos.

Très bien situé à proximité de nombreuses franchises de restaurants. Plage à 100m . Ménage quotidien parfait.

Great hotel and location

La chambre était bien dans l’ensemble mais le lit etait jaune, les murs et le mobilier abîmés. LA PLAGE N'EST ACCESIBLE QU'EN TRAVERSANT L'AUTOROUTE A PIED !!!! inadmissible et surtout extrêmement dangereux mais ca il ne l'écris pas sur le site ! Ensuite la gare la plus proche est a 45 min a pied ! Aucun bus ! La seule attraction est CARREFOUR ! il n’y a absolument rien autour ! Pour se rendre au centre de valence il faut dabord marcher 45 min ensuite prendre le train durant 40 min ! Le petit dejeuner qui coute tout de même 12 euros par personne se compose de lait, jus, charcuterie, pain et café ! Le buffet fait la taille de 2 tables ! Honteux ! 24 euros pour 2 pour du pain et du café cest du vol ! Sans parler de la piscine qui fait la taille d'une piscine de maison ! Le ménage est fait tout les jours vers 14h !!!!! Mais il ne change ni les draps, ni les housses de coussins ! Je ne mettrais plus jamais les pieds dans cet hotel !

El hotel carece de transporte publico en los alrededores .playas hermosas sin transporte un poco dificil ..para ir a la playa hay que cruzar una auto ruta.con obligacion de tener un vehiculo privado.no limpian bien los cuartos sabanas sucias .las camas muy incomodas.desayuno basico..no recomendable..

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons ici

La habitación con olor fuerte a humedad,la piscina pequeña y fuera de combate,el personal desagradable,todos menos la señora de la limpieza,estuve 4 noches pedí 2 cosas,hielo una noche y no me lo dieron y otra noche pregunté si tenían helados y me miraron con una cara que parecía que está pidiendo una merluza,el desayuno bufett es lo único que esta bien.Por lo demás sí Dios quiere espero no volver a pisar allí,la entrada al hotel parecía la entrada al pasaje del terror,de noche a oscuras prácticamente,toda la entrada al hotel prácticamente a oscuras,y un poco de animación por las noches para tomar un café o una copa nada de nada,cenas por ahí llegas al hotel y ala cama tempranito como los niños chicos,una pena,mucha falta de mantenimiento
