I have given the Gran Hotel Reymar 5 stars for rooms, service and location and if I could have given 6 stars I would have. The staff were excellent (happy, attentive and very helpful), the rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained as were all of the public areas. Sitting atop a rocky outcrop you get stunning views of the castle and old town as the sun goes down. Perfect! Oh, and the secure private underground car parking is a very welcomed addition.

Très belle vue sur la mer. Heureusement la mer était chaude car la piscine de l'hôtel non chauffée et à l'ombre une grande partie de la journée était très froide. Beau buffet de petit déjeuner mais viennoiseries et charcuterie de basse qualité. Personnel formidable.

The place is beautiful! The food is great. The beach is gorgeous, clear water great for snorkeling. Be aware that the sand on the beach is rough, I advise water shoes, also bring your own beach towels and maybe portable beach chairs, you need to rent chairs at the beach for 8 euro each. Otherwise great place, safe and clean.

This was an excellent choice of hotel. The room was nice, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed our balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. We were a quick walk to all of the shops, dining, and historic sites, yet in a quiet high end area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place. On the far end of town, but only about 1/2 mile from the main part of town. Clean country club feel and excellent breakfast buffett. Shuttle to the bus station was great too. Several nearby scuba shops were convenient. Amazing views. Good AC in room.
