Bom hotel. Prédio reformado. Decoração agradável e quarto confortável. O quarto não tem frigobar e o hotel não dispões de serviço de quarto ou restaurante. Disponibiliza água e café na recepção. A localização é estratégica mas o bairro é altamente degradado. É desconfortável circular pelas ruas estreitas, até de dia, pois a sensação é de insegurança.

Very very clean hotel. The breakfast room sparkled, nice choices for breakfast plus eggs available. Staff is courteous and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we got extra blankets when we asked. An added shelf on the bathroom or room wall would be nice.

The Hotel its on refreshing so the external identification for the Site are not updated, also Google Maps its have some difficulties to identify the correct entrance, but HOTEl its a 4.6 in overrall!!

The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and kind. They quickly sorted an issue with our room- originally we were put in the wrong room and when we told them they immediately sorted the issue and we were moved to the correct room. All staff were so friendly and helpful and they spoke really good English. We enjoyed the coffee machine at the hotel which was also really convenient and we also loved the little patio space outside which was nice to enjoy in the evenings. The area felt slightly unsafe but this is not really a fault of the hotel. The hotel did feel safe although because the door would lock at night and you would have to use your room key to open the main hotel door. Sometimes noise from the streets surrounding was a bit loud but not really a big issue, especially if you’re not easily woken up. The interior of the hotel downstairs has been newly refurbished and is really nicely designed with beautiful lamps and tables- it made the space really enjoyable to have a coffee or read a book in.

La propiedad esta muy bien, la calle de la paloma ha sido invadida por gente sin hogar y dejan sucio el lugar y a veces avientan suciedad a las ventanas que dan a la calle. La ciudad puede ayudar a estas gentes a tener un lugar para dormir y asearse?
No nos gustó que la regadera esté abierta al dormitorio.

There was structural building work going on when we were there. So for our full weeks holiday we were woken up to Jack hammering and smashing if glass and tiles (except for Sunday), staring before 7am which wasn't great for our relaxing holiday.
Staff didn't even let us know this was happening when we checked in.
Good location and the room was also nice. Just a shame about the building works

The staff here was very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond in their reccomendations and in making us feel comfortable and taken care of. Our only complaint is that there was no blanket, only a thin sheet, and no back-up blanket anywhere in the room, so we were very cold at night.
