Great service, beautiful hotel and rooms, great relaxing atmosphere!

Be aware with the lack of free parking. There is an outside parking paying fee is 6€ for a day I requested on hotels.com a quiet room ..not close to the elevator and they gave me the one opposite the lifts. Pillows a bit uncomfortable Good breakfast and good to have the pool. The beach did not look appealing

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. Food is average and allergies are not taken seriously. We have grain allergy and it would be nice to have signs to tell what is included in the food portions. Food overall was just basic. The hotel is rather loud both during a day time because of the pool bar and during the evening/night because of the bar and loud people. The rooms don't have any sound proofing. In case you want to sleep before midnight, ask room away from evening bar. There is no parking available by the hotel. Instead there is street parking. It is not possible to drop luggage with car next to the hotel door either. We checked our bed linen with UV light and unfortunately those were dirty. We asked the housekeeping to change them but the new ones were also a bit dirty. Unfortunately the hotel seems to attract people who stays in the hotel premises all week just drinking more or less all the time. Positives... scenery is beuatiful and gym is okay. Room layout and shower are nice, but since the bathroom wall is made of glass it is impossible to use toilet, with lights on, in the night without others in the room to wake up.

Chambres rénovées. Le design est élégant mais comme dans beaucoup de rénovations oublie le côté pratique (pas de placards ni tiroirs). Coffre gratuit. Proche de la plage. Chambres du RDC agréable avec solarium. Bon petit déjeuner. Dîner moyen. Service aimable sauf exception.

Really great stay here with my husband for 6 nights. We didn't opt for all inclusive (although for the time of year this wasn't bad value), as we knew we wanted to check out the Gran Canarian dining scene, but the drinks and food when we had lunch from the pool bar were very reasonably priced. Very clean and spacious rooms with nice balconies that look out to sea. Pool area is also nice, however is split in two with the 'beach club'. The beach club itself has balinese beds which cost €35 for the day. Whilst not extortionate the small pool and slightly nicer lounging space doesn't really merit the extra cost as you don't get any other real benefits for being in the area. There is some building work happening right now in front of the hotel where they appear to be making a new beach area (not sure if this is part of the hotel or not), which mostly wasn't that disruptive other than 2 mornings at the start of the holiday where a digger was placing the sand. All in all a very good 4 star hotel and excellently located for driving or getting a bus to the very nice Puerto de Morgan or Maspalomas whilst being in a more quiet and secluded area. Ideal for our winter sun week.

The stay was lovely, food was fantastic, staff very friendly and kind, hotel very clean and tidy. Our bed was not very comfortable but this was the only slight issue we had. Thank you for looking after us.

Good position. All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Room with a sea view and balcony - falling asleep to the sound of waves, waking in the morning to the sound of waves, gorgeous. Not disturbed by anyone or anything yet knowing staff were always available if required for anything. I would certainly stay here again.

Skønt hotel! Smagfuldt indrettet ! Dejlig pool område med snack bar og placeret helt ud til vandet. Sandstrand lige ved siden af!! Meget venligt og hjælpsom personale der er veltalende på engelsk!! Madenlækker og anrettet indbydende i skønne omgivelser ! Alt i alt en dejlig miniferie på et skønt hotel!

Hotel was very suitable. We had an excellent room with a sea view. The food in the Hotel was plentiful & sufficient to suit everyone. The 2 boys that were the animation team were excellent putting everyone in a good mood. The resort itself is quiet but you can walk to Amadeus & Puerto Rico if you want. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel & we will certainly be back

H10 is a good hotel in a boring area.

Tolles Buffet,schöne Zimmer,nettes Personal! Meer nur ein paar Schritte entfernt- für unsere Zwecke war es perfekt. Wer Party sucht ist hier falsch.

Una buonissima struttura nuova e ben arredata. Abbiamo alloggiato a gennaio e abbiamo usufruito della piscina (regolata a circa 19° gradi), della palestra e delle attività proposte dall’animazione (acqua gym, fitness, yoga, pilates al mattino e giochi come beer pong al pomeriggio). Ogni sera è previsto uno show di 1h in zona bar che prevede un cantante o dei ballerini che fanno lo spettacolo. Soggiornando alla struttura di può prevedere offerta all inclusive e mezza pensione solo per cena, in aggiunta c’è un ristorante con menù alla carta che non abbiamo provato. La pulizia della camera abbastanza anche se abbiamo trovato qualche volta vari insetti di piccola media dimensione all’ingresso o verso il bagno (non abbiamo capito se a causa della porta aperta durante le pulizie o per altri motivi). La vicinanza con la spiaggia, la cortesia dello staff e l’animazione davvero super divertente e piacevole sono un PLUS. La zona è molto tranquilla e ci sono supermarket, beauty center e qualche ristorante/bar. Secondo me una delle più belle zone dell’isola! Ci torneremmo volentieri :)

Struttura ottima, come tutti gli H10. Unico difetto è che si trova in una zona poco viva.

Mediokert hotell. Ingen gratisparkering Stranden var inget vidare, rekommenderar poolen istället Pool stänger kl. 17 Entré avgift till pool club Inget vitt vin i baren första dagen Frukosten serveras i källaren utan utsikt och ingen möjlighet att sitta utomhus, var som en skollunchmatsal Finns knappt någonting i närområdet, fem restauranger och en Sparbutik Kan rekommendera French Vibes som var en riktigt bra resto med ett jättetrevligt par som drev den

estuvimos alojados en el hotel H10 Playa Meloneras, excepcional. El motivo de traslado a este hotel fue el paso a solo adultos del hotel Costa Mogán. No puedo valorar por tanto el hotel en sí, pero sí el trato recibido por el personal de dicho hotel por email. Me pareció soberbio y falto de interés en contentar al cliente al proponer el cambio con un "lo tomas o lo dejas" (no es literal) y una arrogancia bastante lamentable.

Personal i.o. Ein H 10 Hotel ist es nicht☝️☝️☝️vor 5 Monaten hat diese Kette das Hotel übernommen ohne es auf H 10 Standard zu bringen !!! Der Essensbereich gleicht eher einer Kantine die Duschen Schimmeln und Möbel abgewohnt.Der Poolbereich ist Top das muss man sagen Hervorzuheben ist die Mitarbeiterin Toni 👍👍👍

Das Hotel war okay, für ein 4 Sterne Haus, hatte ich aber mehr erwartet. Es ist ein Familien Hotel, dies war bei der Buchung nicht eindeutig. Für jemand, der seine Ruhe haben will kann das gesamte Animation Programm schnell nervig werden. Das Zimmer,was ich hatte, war im Badezimmer ziemlich abgewohnt. Insgesamt aber sauber. Ein großes Lob geht an die Küche, die Buffets morgens und abends sind sehr gut, mit einer guten Auswahl. Das einzige, die Klimaanlage im Buffet-Restaurant ist zu stark und zu kalt.

Franchement c'est l'un des meilleurs séjours que j'ai effectué je suis déjà une habitué des hôtels H10 que j'ai connu à Barcelone il y a de cela 200 là c'est une plage magnifique le l'hôtel la nourriture tout était excellent tous pour le prix en demi-pension j'étais très contente les chambres sont magnifiques le ménage et c'est tous les jours la plage elle est bien la piscine elle est propre franchement 10 sur 10
